Would give zero stars if I could. It was empty. My mom had a referral with the ordering provider on it and Karin the one working was so incompetent that she didn’t know how to read it to find the ordering provider. She was so rude and we decided to leave as we didn’t even trust her to draw her blood. Karin seems like she hates her life and her job, she should definitely not be in patient care.

Worst lab to bring your babies for bloodwork!! The ladies are rude, rough and impatient. They do not have the proper knowledge or experience to deal with children. Instead of properly looking for a vein to take their blood, they inject them with a needle AND THEN look for a vein!! Worst technique I have ever seen!! My poor babies were traumatized!!!! And after causing my baby pain she tells me to leave and go to another location due to lack of experience!!!!! Horrible!!!! Save yourselves the trouble, if you have babies do not come to this lab for bloodwork!!

No appointment no problem if you speak Russian. The tech with black hair and glasses will say you have one and make everyone else wait. Now I didn't have an appointment and I'm fine with waiting but there's no way 6 people had an 830 appointment. Maybe it's just a Monday thing....... 2 hrs later just got called to a seat

Missed my appointment due to work so had to do a walk in, they took me in quick and everything went smooth. Easy blood draw, thank you guys for good service.

Rude..incompatent. there was 1 boy ahead of us. First time there..never again..we r there 50 min..I could only imagine if they were busy. Worst lab ever..

The blood draw is usually great, professional, but the wait times try your patience. After spending a long time waiting for info to be input for my 16 y.o. son, I was asked to sign the blood work for a middle aged woman. Thank god they asked for my signature bec otherwise my son's doctor would have tossed 'my' results .

Used to be efficient. Hired a bunch of new people with one demonstrating incompetency of processing orders and doubting themselves. Blame patients instead. Saw a few patients feel the same way and tried to reschedule due to the long wait. Avoid this place and go elsewhere instead.

worst lab out there. I'm waiting sn hour and the tech is finally taking the second patient since I came in. Still 4 ahead of me. I called customer service and was told there is only 1 tech at each location!

They got rid of that mean guy , which felt like he was stabbing you with a fork . The ladies that work now are very nice

This is one of the better labs on Staten Island & most of the phlebotomists I've had are competent.My main issue with this place is one phlebotomist. I dont know her name & don't want to come off rude trying to describe her appearance, so I'll just describe her overall demeanor.She has an unnecessary attitude towards patients that come in; specifically the elderly. She displays poor attempts at sarcasm which is completely NOT funny, even though she seems to think she is. She makes one of the island's better labs look terrible with her unprofessional demeanor. Certainly not one of the best at drawing blood either.If it wasn't for that one lady, I'd have given this place a 5-star rating that it deserves.

This place is no longer like how it used to be before! I used always to walk in to this place and finish in 5 minutes but after the COVID-19 they start to be strict, they ask you to wait in the hallway while there is 2 or 3 available seats inside for ppl to set and they are 6 feet's apart! I got mad because i was pregnant and I can't stand for long and she kept telling me to go out! They lady works there is too rude i mean the one in the disk, i went there for 3 or 4 times and every time she treats me bad i felt so bad how rude she is! I hope after this review she fix her attitude and be nice to patients

I went this morning. I was the only patient there at that time. The technician handled my paperwork in a short period of time. The outer office was clean snd neat. Chairs were turned around so that you did not have to sit next each other. I went right into the room to have my blood drawn. The technician came in. She alleviated my fears. She drew my blood quickly and painlessly. I thanked her and left. It ended up being a positive experience. I was in and put in less then 15 minutes.
