I was hesitant to write a review but my stomach is in knots when I think about what i witnessed. I have been a loyal customer of grooming since 2018, using different groomers each time. On Wednesday December 24th 2025, around noon time, my daughter and I were walking out admiring the groomers and we witnessed a groomer choking a dog on the table with a leash. The whimpering from the dog made my daughter beyond upset. I wanted to go back and return everything I had bought, I was disgusted. I watched for a few minutes and the way that dog was mishandled and mistreated, I will never be using grooming again. We bring our dogs to this establishment and put trust in these people. I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors. Go elsewhere people!! Protect your animals at all cost!

Every time I walk into the store, I have three dogs. I’m in there almost every week. They argue with me not to give me a free bag after my 10th bag the managers they’re a horrible, but I have no choice but to go there cause that is the only Petco in my area the work is a great the cashiers, but the managers are horrible. I’m very disappointed that I never received my bag of food for my dogs. I never get rewards. I’m not happy at all.

I have to say I was going to give it 4 stars, but because of the AMAZING sales representative, Amanda I gave you a 5 star rating. She was able to work with me patiently and calmly to solve my issues with my order. I felt very well taken care of during my return and checking out. I was very pleased to have her take care of me and she did so after someone began the transaction, but had to go to lunch. She listen to me and was able to handle all the difficult issues that occurred. If I could, I would give her a 10!!!
