The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and really cares—they take time to explain meds, help with insurance, and even do free blood pressure checks. Free delivery across the island is a huge plus (quick and reliable—no extra hassle), and they've handled my refills and vaccines smoothly. Only reason not 5 stars is it can get a little busy during peak hours with short waits, but the personal service beats chains every time. 4 stars—highly recommend switching from CVS!”

“Chemist on Bay has been the best pharmacist I can honestly say I’ve ever been to or dealt with. A lot of ppl think it has to be established pharmacies, but that’s not true because with bigger pharmacies, I have not had such the greatest experiences with other pharmacies. Either they’ve had me in their system for years and if something was any discrepancies dealing with any medication that was vital for me to have I would be treated with no respect until they verified my insurance was in good standing. This happened more than once and to be treated with disrespect being the one who takes and needs her medication, to me showed a lack of trust between patient, their medical files, they had no concern and the possible outcome of not trying or figuring out a cheaper way of getting was never displayed so, after 21 years being their faithful customer, I was blessed to find Chemist on Bay that cares for their patients and checks to see if they can use a discount card until temporary situations are straightened out with your insurance. It has a home feeling, a comfortable feeling and a (you are important feeling) as long as they are in business close by or even if it’s a little distance one day; they are stuck with me! “Honestly, after living on the island for years I have never knew about this little gem, I came here as a referral from the chase bank up the block. to my surprise not only is it a pharmacy but they offer services like notary public, DMV eye test, passport pictures, faxes and copies ! I didn't mind the wait time as in my time waiting it was nice to hear the atmosphere of the staff had a couple of giggles.”
