“One of my favorite movies is called “It’s a Wonderful Life.” A pharmacy in Bedford Falls, New York, figures prominently in this Christmas classic. The pharmacy is where young George works as an adolescent for Mister Gower. Well, we have such a magical place here on Staten in the Rosebank Pharmacy. The pharmacists: There is Flo— I call her Florence Nightingale, because, dear reader, she saved my life. (Her dad was also a pharmacist here.$ Kim will listen to your every woe. Pat gives a great vaccine shot. Aly, a very handsome young man—incredibly unassuming—happens to be the owner. Generic drugs all chosen with the working man in mind. Their taste in children’s toys, chocolates, fun and inexpensive accessories— it is all divine. Everyone who works here is a listener. They are all kind— and kindness is everything. They just need a soda fountain….it is a rare place. So special it makes me wanna cry, which I do every year when I watch the movie.”

“Chemist on Bay has been the best pharmacist I can honestly say I’ve ever been to or dealt with. A lot of ppl think it has to be established pharmacies, but that’s not true because with bigger pharmacies, I have not had such the greatest experiences with other pharmacies. Either they’ve had me in their system for years and if something was any discrepancies dealing with any medication that was vital for me to have I would be treated with no respect until they verified my insurance was in good standing. This happened more than once and to be treated with disrespect being the one who takes and needs her medication, to me showed a lack of trust between patient, their medical files, they had no concern and the possible outcome of not trying or figuring out a cheaper way of getting was never displayed so, after 21 years being their faithful customer, I was blessed to find Chemist on Bay that cares for their patients and checks to see if they can use a discount card until temporary situations are straightened out with your insurance. It has a home feeling, a comfortable feeling and a (you are important feeling) as long as they are in business close by or even if it’s a little distance one day; they are stuck with me! “I Love this Pharmacy. I have wanted to change from CVS for years but laziness held me back. I am so angry with myself that i didnt do this YEARS ago! they are amazing here, remember me when i walk in, super friendly and sooo helpful. they go out of their way to make it an easy pleasurable experience. never a line or a wait, scripts always ready. They always check for discounts or a cheaper version. they just recently turned a prescription that would have cost $250 to $20..I cant say enough good things about them. I would recommend to anyone who is sick and tired of long lines, no parking, no help chain stores to give this place a shot. you wont be disappointed. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one for them. they have made something i used to dread doing, now a pleasure. TY seaview!!”
