Last night the night manager was training a new team member and he told him in spanish to try to steal a hundred dollars from me he then laughed but i caught it then before that like 4 months a go they stole 300 hundred but the main office gave it back very unprofessional

I don't know what's going on with this place but I had they need to do better. Every month like clockwork the downstairs tenant purchases a money order from them for her rent. I deposit it into my bank . Never had a problem until this month. My bank (Chase) clears the money order & releases the funds to me, but when they submit it to PLS for payment, PLS doesn't honor the money order which leads to my bank removing the funds from my account. I take the money order to PLS with previous money orders to see why. They tell me they will have to issue a refund for the money order to the purchaser. We asked why did this happen and they couldn't even give us a reason not even when we called corporate. Not stolen, not altered...NOTHING!!! Have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back! Still confused about why. Nobody could give a reason. And while I was there another lady was complaining about her money order. Crazy shit. I will never recieve another money order from them again! EVER!

Had my rent late a whole month. Went there for a money order paid in cash when the landlord went to cash it it got rejected.
Clerk Told me send the landlord there with the money order so they could put a stop payment on it .
Landlord tells me they told him I had to go instead of the landlord.
I get there fill out the form and they say two weeks for the check to show up at best.
Rent late two weeks now.
Call in two weeks and they say another two weeks.
Never ever dealing with these type of places again.
I’d give -10 stars of if I could.

Incredible experience! From the moment I entered, the staff was very friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable, you can see that they pay a lot of attention to details and the well-being of customers. Without a doubt, a well-kept space with exceptional service. Literally the dumbest people i’ve ever encountered in my life work here it’s crazy they don’t require a high school diploma which means to nothing to handle cash i waited over 20 minutes with no one ahead of me, a staff of 4 doing nothing with one customer being helped …. insane….. isn’t the first time either every time i come especially at night it’s a 15-30 minute wait with no customers… owner do better ! hire better !
