I use this office often. Very clean and efficient. I'm always a walk-in. Today after waiting for a while a woman came out to inform myself and another man that they were Not taking anyone else for the day. He left Cursing because theres no Sinage that states this. It was only 3:40pm and they close at 4pm. I inquired about this and was told there were three "appointments" coming in. The woman who usually draws my blood said I could ask the woman who looked like a secretary because she wasnt wearing scrubs. She reluctantly did, but was super rude. I was visibly shaking because i suffer with severe anxiety . She was Rushing me and snickering because she couldn't get my emailed prescription scanned into her computer. This happened today 3/3/2025
When I a suggested that maybe they should put a sign in the lobby for the people who wait for an hour, letting them know they may not be seen she cut me off and said No, we don't have to. I said maybe I should leave a Review letting people know that theu might not be seen.Funny thing, their ATTITUDES changed completely. I was out by 4pm....and I never saw their last "Three Appointments" come in. QUEST DIAGNOSTICS: I recommend Sinage stating the Time they will turn away Walk-in's. You are dealing with Cancer Patients and many other illnesses. A little courtesy goes a long way.

I had an appointment at 12:40pm for a urine drug test. I have issues with my bladder so I consumed a lot of water all morning without using the restroom so I can have sufficient urine for the drug test. Upon arrival I checked in with no problem, however two other patients walked in without appointments and were called before I was. I started getting inpatient as I really had to use the restroom. I went to the back to ask why I was waiting so long after the other two patients were gone. The tech came out yawning, walking very slow, saying she was so sleepy after lunch. She took her time logging in after I explained that I really really had to use the restroom. At this point I was almost about to urinate on myself. She had an attitude. Was rude and just kept yawning during the time I was in the room with her. Really poor customer service, very unprofessional behavior, no understanding to my needs as a patient. I have gone to quest many times and never had that experience. But I would NEVER EVER go back to that location again.

Wonderful staff who are professional and personable in a clean and comfortable space. Quickest, most careful and painless vlood draw ever. This is the second Quest location I have used across 2 boroughs and the skill and care the phlebotomist that works with are unmatched.

I had a terrible experience at this Quest location. They failed to conduct an important test on my bloodwork that was clearly ordered, forcing me to go out of my way to get another script and repeat the process. This level of negligence is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress, including another visit to my doctor. It’s clear that the staff failed to perform their duties properly. I do not recommend this location and will be reporting this issue to the appropriate authorities.

Great services, rapid sending the results, extremely satisfied
