I've been trying to get in touch with this place for a week. Now. Every number they tell you they hit. They don't answer. They're terrible and now I know why the officers are so empty. I do not recommend anybody to go see these people. They are terrible. My doctor can't even get in concrete them.

Quest diagnostics is a excellent place and the people there are nice , today I went and Ms. Lani took care of me and she is very good at her job and a pleasant person to talk to.

This place just charged me $100.00 for a co pay with my insurance. I’ve never paid that much for lab work before. When I asked why it’s so much one of the lab techs said it’s even higher without the insurance like that’s not what I want to hear. She also kept interrupting while the other tech was prepping for my work. Don’t think I’ll be back here. The only decent thing is that they call you in on time.

Terrible experience at Quest on Bement yesterday! I have been going there for years and yesterday’s experience was God Awful!!!!After leaving there I went to quest on Todt Hill Road…not a problem! Pleasant experience.Today I went to quest in Tottenville- not a problem! Pleasant experience!So guess what??? It’s not me, it’s not quest, it’s the tech at Bement on 6/9/2023! I work in the medical field. Not appropriate behavior! Find a different job! Don’t waste your time! Go to any other quest!!!! Close that site!!!!Also tried getting customer service to help me! They are useless!!!!

I am a physician. I received a message to call the local lab and was given the office phone number. The call was repeatedly rerouted to the corporate customer service number. The first time I called I was told there was no way to connect me to the local lab. The second time I called, the call was also rerouted to customer service. This time they were able to track down which local lab it was and were able to connect me. The local lab had no idea that their calls were rerouted to customer service. This is a horrible way to run a lab. It wastes physicians time and patients suffer because they don’t get the tests they need done in a timely manner and without getting stuck twice for the same orders.

We were admitted right on time of appointment. Mom has dementia & the staff were super knowledgeable and experienced with her condition. We had a very pleasant experience with Dan, he was very sweet, understanding & patient with our mom. It takes a lot to put a dementia patient at ease but he made the experience smooth as a breeze.

I could not believe this was an actual medical facility. Filthy walls, rusted baseboards, chipped and peeling paint. Bathroom was unclean with stains on wall. Totally disgusting experience.

I have to give this spot on Forest and Bement a high five because of the tremendous service I revived there. I had to have some quick bloodwork done and the paperwork was not quite right. It was almost closing but I needed the test done on that day. The technician was fabulous!!!!! Even though she was closing she took the time to call and help me get the right paperwork. I know it worked into her time getting off but she seemed to really care. We finally got everything we needed, she took the test and we were done. All is well but I needs to take a moment to say thank you for being patient and caring. I would go here again for blood work.

Worst quest on the islandUsing fake cheap band aids because they cant afford the real brand it gave my girlfriend an extremely bad allergic reaction. They also don't have a number to call the office directly, terrible treatment inside as well.

They made billing error and sold my paid bill to a debt collector ! Wrongfully! So many complaints against them on the net ! I will file a lawsuit.
