Steve howley had a appt for today at 11 he gets there they tell him he doesn’t have appt . He called I gave him the confirmation code to go show it to girl . Because they don’t have enough help the girl was with someone for a half hour .So he had to wait a half hour to show conf number .This all took a hour and a half . This is the second time this has happened . They need to get more help .

I brought my young daughter in for her routine blood work. While sitting in the waiting area, I observed the phlebotomist (Philippine accent) come out if the room wearing gloves, walking around and touching things with gloves and taking the next patient with the same gloves. When we went in the room to have our blood drawn, we saw her touching blood samples and urine with the same gloves and then touching the computer key pad with the same gloves and then she came over yet again with the same gloves to draw my toddler’s blood. I asked her to please change her gloves and she did right away. I am writing this review because I felt that to be a total disregard to patient safety and that it violates the protections of patients to infections especially because she was handling blood and bodily fluids. Also I felt that I should not have had to ask her to change her gloves because it should be standard practice to change gloves and practice hand hygiene. I sincerely hope that this behavior is addressed and corrected.

I don't recommend coming here and wasting your time.
This office is open until 3:30 pm. I arrived at 3:07. There is no one in the front part of the office. No one at all! No visitors, no one at the front desk. But I can hear the cheerful laughter of several people in the back of the office. I tried to call out to someone, to somehow attract their attention... No reaction. At 3:17 I finally shouted and someone answered me to go inside, to the back office. There the office worker (apparently a nurse) told me that they only accept people until 3:30 pm. I said: "But it's only 3:17 pm now and I arrived at 3:07 pm!". "I am very sorry... You can make an appointment for tomorrow..." Why should I make an appointment for tomorrow if I'm already here and I'm on time?!
Don't waste your time! Don't come here. This is not a deli grocery where they cut your ham for a sandwich. We are talking about people who will interfere with the functioning of your body. I would not trust my health to such people.

I had an appointment today, and for the first time, I went to that dreadful place. I felt completely mistreated by the phlebotomist in the first room. She was clearly having a terrible day. She jabbed me four times and struggled to draw my blood. After all that, she sent me away to drink water for another 45 minutes, only to fail again when she called me back. Then, she coldly told me to head to the hospital to use a vein finder. I wasted 2 hours there, and she outright refused to take my blood. She didn't bother asking for help or even listening to my suggestions. Finally, another person, possibly named Michael, managed to draw my blood on the first attempt. I left with six painful bruises on my arm after more than 2 exhausting hours there, feeling utterly frustrated. To top it all off, the facility itself was filthy.

PSA if you need to lie down when giving blood because you get uneasy/pass out then do not come here!! Waited an hour to be seen and asked for a lie down chair and was told they didn’t have one. Unacceptable and a liability to place someone telling you they pass out every time and can potentially hurt themselves to force them to sit upright in a chair. Will never be back here. Go to the quest on 4711 hylan blvd….much better experience was seen in 2 minutes and they were very accommodating and empathetic.

I’ve never been here before, but apparently you’re supposed to sign in at the kiosk, which is the size of a 7 year old so I didn’t see it. (The sign for it is also perpendicular to the door so it wasn’t visible on your way in) I assumed you wait in line for reception like most places. This lady working in the front goes “is there a reason you’re standing there ma’am” are you kidding me? And then the doctor or whatever she is completely embarrassed me in front of at least 15 people. I go in for a urine test and I’m a woman, so naturally I don’t have good aim, and I’m cleaning the urine off my leg and the toilet seat and this lady starts banging on the door “ARE YOU DONE MAAM WHATS GOING ON” the entire building heard this. And I could tell she was giving me a suspicious look. Then she has the audacity to give me a condescending “good luck” on my way out. Trust me lady, if I had fake pee you’d know. Have some class.

I do not recommend this place. If you want to waste your time, then avoid this place. I have a printed document with an appointment for 10:30 am, but they tell me there is no appointment. And they do not want to solve this problem. I am still here for over an hour. I have an appointment but they still make me wait in line. The wait is more than an hour. This is very inconvenient because I have already wasted my time when I made an appointment on the website. There are a lot of people inside and you have to wait on your feet. There is no place for customers to comfortably wait for their turn.

Easy peasy .......... Scheduled my appointment online. My primary physician had ordered the tests electronically and everything was already in the system. Check-in was easy. Very short wait time. She drew the blood which was totally painless. I could not have asked for a better experience.
