Make sure to read the fine print before purchasing—you’ll have to pay for return shipping! I ordered two pairs of shoes; one fit perfectly and I’m happy with it, but the other didn’t work out. Unfortunately, the pair I returned cost $22, and the return shipping was $12. At that point, I might as well have just kept them. I won’t be ordering from Rack Room online again.

This is my second visit & it was a success! Finally found Skechers for work which is so comfortable & don’t like Skechers. That’s what I actually needed to be able to wear them at work . They were having a buy one get second pair half off sale so I end up buying a pair of boots . Loved the color of my new boots ! Let’s see how much comfortable they actually are . Let you know later.Customer service is great, the lady who helped me was very kind & understanding! Thank you so much .Store is huge & a lot of selection. One can get lost in there lol.. Place is clean too, nicely organized. The colors are vibrant .

Very expensive for sneakers because I looked and they didn't have them on sale. Don't waste your time going their to buy stuff. Go to any malls in New Jersey and they will have better deals for reduce price.
