Just experienced a racist man that worked there that followed me around the whole store literally every aisle. I tried to talk to the manager they both laughed in my face there excuse was so many people that look like me steal so he thought he had the right to discriminate against me. Left with tears they were still smiling. DONT SHOP HERE WHILE BLACK

How horrible, a man yelled at my daughter not to touch things, she just wanted to show me something to buy. How disgusting, terrible service. I will never go back to this store. I don't think that was the way to talk, what a damn guy.

Came here to find a dress for my daughter and myself.its was a specific color.And I found it. It was clean and affordable. Everything was well shocked. The staff was professional and helpful. Definitely will come again. They had some cute fall/winter outfits. And some cute booties🍂🍁

If I could give 0 star I would literally. They’re very nasty. Customer service skills are a 0. I bought shoes yesterday 09/14/2024 because I have a wedding to go to this morning. I bought two pairs to see which one went with my dress. Neither of them did so I took it back the very next day. The lady in the front told me that she could only take one back because it’s store policy??????? I let her keep both pairs because what exactly am I going to do with them? Shut the whole store down. This what I get for being so last minute. These “affordable stores” are the worst.

This rainbows is OK the people here are rude specially security very very rude person they always close a half hour early every single time this has been going on for the last two years first they had a 10 o’clock close they close at 9:30 now it says 930 they close at nine they always doing this and it’s only this rainbows I’ve been to the rainbows on Kings Highway in Brooklyn I’ve been to the rainbows on 86 street in Brooklyn I’ve been to the rainbows that used to be by the DMV Never had any issues with timing or nothing this is the only rainbows that they are rude security is beyond Rude stays on a cell phone talking Out loud like people don’t wanna hear your whole conversation I said they claim that they’re going to fix the situation and it’s never fixed I just seen a comment that someone wrote seven months ago and this has been going on for two years actually this has been going on even before Covid so I doubt it very much that they’re going to fix the That’s why I don’t even bother going to the store.

Saturday’s it says on website they close at 9 30 they lock the doors at like 8 45 bad for business been doing that for a long time I get here at like 8 40 they start to close doors that’s crazy other store in plaza be open but then don’t get how they have special privileges
