We worked with Steve & he was great. Raymour always has a great selection and he had the patience to show us the different options we had to match the sofa and love seat we chose. We’re very pleased with our experience & will be returning customers.

We had previously purchased a mattress and wanted to replace it because we found it to be too soft. Since we had purchased the platinum plan we were able to replace the mattress with a firmer one. Our sales rep was extremely helpful and explain the details of the plan and helped us located the new mattress. He reviewed the purchase of the previous mattress and the replacement and explain the details for the cost of the replacement which we were very pleased with and gave us the delivery date when then would pickup and existing mattress and box spring and deliver the replacement. Want to thank John for all his help and to the cashier that assisted us in this transaction.

Just bought two twin extra long adjustable beds, from Gordon Friend of Raymour & Flanigan. It was a very easy, pleasant experience. If and when I need to buy furniture again, I will return to see Gordon.Gordon is very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. He even had his staff move the mattress of interest, to an adjustable frame, so we could test it. Next, the beds were delivered and setup, only 21 hours after the beds were ordered. WOW.True story, right after the delivery guys left, my mom took a nap on her new bed, and when she woke up, she was happy and refreshed.Gordon made shopping and sleeping a joy.My advice, see Gordon when it comes time to buy furniture.

I absolutely love my new couch set!! It’s so comfortable and has such good quality. I went into the store and was greeted so kindly by the workers. The staff is amazing and they always know how to help you with whatever you need. I highly recommend going to Raymour & Flanigan!

My husband and I bought our first ever home in Staten Island & got our master bedroom set, guest bedroom set, and living room furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. Our experience furniture shopping was exceptional! Meir guided my family and I through the gallery like a pro. He offered great advice, let us take our time deciding, and even made sure to be available for us when we had to return on a different day. He ensured us we had the best deal for our furniture and even gave us the space to go and search other stores to see if we could find something comparable at such a great price. We could not! He gave us so much comfort making such a huge purchase. We felt well taken care of, and extremely welcomed into Staten Island. It’s been three months now, and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much to Meir for your grace, expertise, and charisma!

Barry Surizon is the best staff person on the floor. He helps us every time we have purchased furniture over the last ten years. He is supportive, patient, and extremely helpful and diligent in making sure we get everything we want! Incredibly kind and knows his furniture. Ask for Barry!

Friendly & knowledgeable service people. The stock of furniture is ample. They played ball on pricing. Sales person Steven K. was very cordial & helpful. During the final close of sale the back office lady helping with final paperwork was not friendly or personable. That is the only reason I did not give a fifth star. Overall, a fine experience. I would revisit this location.

Steve Kaj is the most knowledgeable salesman. He spent a lot of time with us during our initial purchase of a sofa and recliner. I found a sofa I liked, but not the colors it came in. He knew that the manufacturer had other colors available, and was able to custom order our sofa in a color we loved. This is why we went back to him 5 years later for our purchase of 2 recliners. We will only deal with him for all of our furniture needs. He is very patient and knows his furniture well!

We wanted to give our son a housewarming gift and encouraged him to choose something from Raymour and Flanigan because we have had very good experiences with them !! So he picked a mattress and I was trying to purchase online and get it delivered to him and ran into some problems. So I called the helpline and a nice man named Mike took my order over the phone and made this purchase very easy! He also was very helpful when we had a problem with an added purchase!!

Mom needed new furniture, so we went to Raymour & Flanigan since she's bought from them before. Found the furniture, they said the loveseat wasn't in the warehouse, but would be by Wed. Then, we would be notified of delivery time. We had to call every week to find out when it was coming. Customer service doesn't end when you sell it, you need follow through. If it's not in the warehouse yet, you need to tell people it's going to take longer. The delivery guys were great.
