Waited an hour to be seen then another half hour for my transaction to be completed. Two tellers two bankers at the desks two customers. One teller was extremely rude whenever anyone asked how much longer or if they needed to remain here for the transaction to be completed. What goes on? We’re missing appointments, This elderly mans wife was waiting she’s elderly it was all just a horrible experience. Aside fromAll of the fees this bank slaps me with I think it’s time I start banking elsewhere.
