We recently celebrated our daughter's Sweet 16 at The Grand at Ruby Falls and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Frank was a pleasure to work with, and his team was exceptional - every staff member was attentive, professional and completely on point. The food was delicious, and I'm still getting texts and calls from guests raving about how amazing the party was. I highly recommend this venue and will definitely be hosting future events here.

We hosted a double surprise 65th party at The Grand at Ruby Falls, and it delivered on every level. From the start, working with Frank was a smooth and personal experience. He was responsive, thoughtful, and made the planning process feel easy.
What really stands out is how much more you get compared to a standard event hall. Most local venues give you an empty space and a list of things you still need to bring in. The Grand is the opposite. Lighting, decor, and vibe are already built in. It felt more like walking into a professionally designed wedding venue than a traditional party hall. The space was already styled, polished, and ready for guests — no rentals, no scrambling, no stress. And yet, it’s priced similarly to basic banquet halls that offer none of those extras. It gave us the kind of experience you’d expect in a major metro area, without the inflated cost.
We barely needed to bring anything in. Guests were blown away by the look and energy of the room. It felt like an actual event, not just a party in a hall.
Pricing was more than fair. For what other places charge just to rent a blank room, The Grand provided a full experience. Frank even upgraded us to the main room the day of, just to make it extra special.
This is a space we’ll definitely use again. If you're looking for a venue that makes your event feel polished and complete from the moment guests arrive, this is it.

We had my daughters Sweet 16 at the Grand Ruby Falls. We had a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. The owner Frank was very easy to work with. He guided us through. Brought our vision and the party was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the food and the service was wonderful. Thank you Frank. My daughter was so happy and so were we.

I am a repeat customer of the Grand at Ruby Falls in Staten Island. Last night I had my son’s 21st birthday and the party was great.
Frank I just wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU! From start to finish you were invested with me and I cannot express how much that was a relief knowing/trusting you had it covered. The party was a huge success and everyone was impressed. The help in achieving my vision of the room, the timing of the food, the DJ instructions to keep the club vibe, the attentiveness of the staff and bar. So again thank you. All of your help was invaluable.

I just had my baby shower here and it was beautiful frank and his staff was amazing very friendly and respectful. My whole party was impressed with how everything went the food was fantastic the DJ was good the bartender was great and the venue looks beautiful. Me and my husband will be having another party here. Definitely recommend.

On November 2 I walked into a disco surprise party at Ruby Falls for my 60th ! I was so grateful for my husband ,my children, and Ruby Falls because we had the best four hours we could’ve asked for! Im still smiling days later Everything was perfect, the decor , house DJ, the lighting , the cocktail party , bar, the service, & the owner, Frank, my husband and children told me he was a pleasure to work with . I just couldn’t be happier with the way the night went & the vibe was perfect. All our guests had a great time that they want to do this again next year ! Thank you all at Ruby Falls ! You made 60 so perfect , well be back

We recently hosted our engagement party at the Grand Ruby Falls on Staten Island and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and efficient.
The venue itself was stunning, creating the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. The flow of the event was seamless, and it was clear that the team had put a lot of thought into ensuring everything went off without a hitch. The music was fantastic, creating just the right vibe. It was the perfect soundtrack to an incredible night.
Of course, no celebration would be complete without great food, and Ruby Falls did not disappoint. The spread was delicious—Everyone talked about the chicken tacos all night long!

Hidden gem!
The bartender was the sweetest, waitstaff was attentive, did and music were great. Lighting and ambiance were welcoming.... truly exceeded my expectations.

Not only is the parties great ! But customer service 1000% times better. I left my wallet there after a party with all my personal info and owner made it his buisness to find it and hold it for me and give it back safely and just how I left it ! Thankyou
