Great cozy place and a great experience. I came in to have my acoustic restrung, I believe it was a Christina that I was with; she was an excellent help. She gave me some helpful info about strings and guitar maintenance and even some advice about my playing posture/technique, all while stringing and cleaning/oiling my guitar.
Ended up walking out with a few maintenance items, a new-looking guitar and a heavier noggin. Will definitely be back!

I take lessons on a weekly basis. They’re professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I love the staff, Christina, and my music teacher John. I recommend Rustic to all my friends. I give them an excellent rating!

Rustic Music did a great job repairing my two guitars. They fixed the electrical unit in my acoustic/electric and did a great setup on both my Washburn acoustic and Gibson electric guitars! They also had a very fast turn around time (1 day). Highly recommended!

Christine and her staff are great. Very accommodating in every way especially for lessons. They know how to treat their clients and customers right. Definitely better than any of the large chain stores. Here they give you that personal attention No need to go anywhere else for your music needs.

I have been to Rustic Music on Richmond Road to have maint on my acoustic guitar. Very helpful, Christina is extremely knowledgeable of the equipment. Answers all questions honestly. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I will have my future maintenance accomplished at Rustic Music.

Christina, a great accommodating owner. Will always do her best to cater to her customers in terms of services, equipment and lessons. Keeps track of everything and is extremely trustworthy. John, an incredible Bass and Piano teacher who taught me bass and my son piano (as soon as Sonia left. Another great piano teacher. Thank you Sonia) very knowledgeable and explains music theory where it becomes very logical. And last but not least, the talented Lucy, another incredible teacher that transformed my younger son to a violinist and hoping that it’ll continue for a very long time. The best in the Island.
