Rustic Music II is, in my opinion, the best store on the Island to suit all of your musical needs.
I have bought several instruments including one that had an issue and Charlie helped navigate the warranty with the manufacturer and was able to get a new one sent.
The classes are affordable and competitive with other local stores/schools. The instructors are highly knowledgeable on a wide variety of instruments.
The inventory is great and if you want something they don't have just ask. They can often get it for you and even sometimes at a better price.
All around Rustic is a fantastic place I can't recommend highly enough enough! 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I brought my 1982 12 string ovation guitar to Charlie,thinking it almost ready for the scrap pile .after set up ,sounds and plays like brand new,the action is great and I am very satisfied.also nick is very knowledgeable .Thanks a bunch

I wanted to thank Charlie and the staff at Rustic Music for all your effort in working with Fender to get a new CC 60 acoustic guitar after you found some issues with my original purchase which came from an online vendor. I picked up the guitar on Saturday and it sounds great!!!I also bought a Squire Strat from Rustic Music because of your professionalism. It sounds great as well and I'm enjoying the new experience.I will make sure to recommend Rustic Music to all who are interested in purchasing a musical instrument because of your strong customer service and knowledge.

They don’t like selling things, which is weird for a shop.EDIT: I asked them about an amp in their store. They said it needed to be restored and wanted X amount for it. They said cash only. I walked from bank to bank on a Saturday afternoon trying to take out enough (as I am not from the area). I couldn't produce the cash. I could pay you on a card, and I offered much extra on a card out of courtesy (to the tune of 50% more). You refused to sell it to me on a card for a large amount extra. After I jumped through all of your hoops. I'm not sure who my "friend" is who bought it but you sure like dangling things in front of me. You dangled the amp in front of me and refused to sell it to me after I offered to buy it for a significant amount extra, and now you are even more dangling it.I sure do buy a lot of music equipment. I tried to make it more than worth your while and start a relationship buying from you. Won't be back.

I have 2 grandsons going for piano lessons for a little over 11/2 years now on a weekly basis. When I bought a keyboard for christmas, I waited to see if they would take an interest without forcing it on them. They started playing by ear and watching videos, but I wanted them to learn how to "read music" I also wanted them to focus on something more constructive than video games etc. I am amazed at the progress they've achieved and want to acknowledge their teacher, Jordan for his patience and encouragement. 2 teenagers with ADHD that lacked confidence and would be easily discouraged are continuing to learn and enjoying playing the piano by reading music and placing their fingers correctly on the keys. I am grateful!

Went in to "explore" buying a bass. Very elementary started playing, so wanted to test models, and get some expert advice. Nick was great! Took time to answer questions, and gave insightful options that were tailored to beginner's abilities. Really outstanding service, thoughtful consideration and good options at affordable prices. Didn't want to to spend huge money, but also didn't want to cheap out. Nick found the perfect balance... spend on what is important and build on the rest. Very happy with choice. Felt very comfortable and there is a good vibe; warm inviting environment. Kudos!

I had my guitar restrung, and while I was getting my needs met, other customers came to the store with questions and left with answers; a daughter had a one-on-one class; customers gained information; and I left with a smile.

Rustic was recommended by Fender for a warranty repair on my acoustasonic Telecaster. I also asked them to setup the guitar. The work they did was fast and great. This was my first time going there amd I will definitely be back.

Every time I go in there the people are so wonderful! I got my first electric guitar and first electric acoustic guitar here and the staff was so helpful! It's a great place for starter musicians and advance musicians! The staff genuinely wants to help you and that is my favorite thing about the place! I 100% recommend coming here! My friends and I love going in just to look around and learn even if we aren't buying anything, and it's always a great experience!

Had to pick out a beginner guitar for my 8 yr old granddaughter. I needed assistance, as I wasn't familiar with acoustic guitars at all. And had nothing to compare to. Nick was really extremely helpful answering my many questions. He listened to my description of her music background to evaluate better, and advise what he felt would be best for her first guitar.
