First time client and did not disappoint !!!!Samantha and her daughter are such a nice pair. Samantha talked me through the whole process and was very detailed when it comes too her work. Her work did not disappoint, I loved the color correction Samantha did. I went to a place before hand who messed up my hair. So I was very nervous at first but Samanthas work speaks for itself. My family and husband loved my hair, the color was phenomenal and everything I asked for. Hate to forget the energy in the salon too was so pleasant and nice, made me feel very comfortable being new. Loved the chats we shared too with the mother and daughter !!!!!

Worst coloring you can get destroys hair and then does an orange blond for highlight and charges extra 150$ for hair length saying highlights are 600$. Fried my hair.

I came in with an appointment and a promotion I prepaid for through Groupon. They said it would be an additional $20 as I was responsible to pay for the difference between Groupons pricing and theirs. I asked why and they said my hair was too long, meanwhile it’s just passed by shoulders and I’ve never been charged extra for long hair in my life. She tried to gaslight me and tell me she told me over the phone (which took me calling 4 times, with the owner taking my number each time and not getting calls back in order to finally get in touch with someone to make the appointment in the first place). While I was there waiting she called 3 other people to cancel their appointments and you could tell the person on the phone was inconvenienced. There was one person there with 2 clients who had dye on their heads while she made phone calls and dealt with me, concerning me that there wasn’t really enough staff to take care of the customers. Sad because they put out these promos to get business but then they’re really just tricking you into coming in and paying full price. Do they think everybody that gets a blowout has 2 inches of hair? I returned the Groupon as soon as I left and got a proper blowout at another business that doesn’t surprise or trick their customersService: Hairstyling

I purchased the groupon for the balyage and haircut and also brought my daughter along for a haircut. We were both very happy with our results. Samantha takes a lot of time discussing what you want to make sure that everyone is on the same page. I was upcharged from my groupon but I expected that because I have a lot of hair. I have literally been stopped by strangers asking who did my color, and I am glad to spread the word.Services: Balayage

I paid 125$ for my keratine treatment via Groupon with a 67% discount. The original price was 375$. I asked her" Samantha" on the phone before getting it from Groupon to make sure if it'd be ok to make an appointment with this price. She asked me about my hair length and I told her my hair is about 5" budeh said because of that it'll cost you 200$. I said it is ok and made an appointment with her. The next day, I went to her hair salon, she checked my hair and she said my keratine is the best product and it's going to be 400$. I got so disappointed and I told her why didn't you tell me on the phone and I was explaining to her about the Groupon and the point of the discount which I got and saying why this price is showing on the Groupon. You should remove it because you're confusing the other people and the she got so mad and she was so rude to me. She told me get your money back and I'm not going to do your hair. So disappointing!

I absolutely love my hair!!! I bought a Groupon and figured I try the salon out. I’ve been looking for a hairdresser who actually knows what they’re doing. So many others ruined my long hair by bleaching it and coloring it horribly. It started to fall out ?. Samantha was amazing! She ran through all the options that worked best for my hair and I am really happy with it. I usually don’t leave reviews but this was definitely worth spreading the word about ☺️ My color and cut is perfect!! Plus she’s super sweet❤️Services: Haircut

I was told I needed to wear a mask because I am a nurse. Never felt more uncomfortable somewhere in my life. I will absolutely never return or recommend this place to anyone for that reason.

The best experience I’ve ever had at hair salon, Samantha is so so friendly she gives me cool aunt vibes. I forgot my card at home and she was so so patient until i got it. Now my hair i literally never went in a salon and left with exactly what i asked for and she talks to me and explained the color and the cut!!!! I wanted to cut a little bit and she exactly cut how i asked her. Everyone at the salon are so friendly even the customers 100% recommend!Services: Haircut

So, like many others, this is a warning to not trust this salon at least in regards to Groupon purchases. While many do say Samantha does a wonderful job (she very well may but we never got that far!) the situation is far from worth it. The Groupon is a bait and switch model where you are extorted. I went in with my slightly below shoulder length hair (my hair is maybe halfway between my shoulder and my bra strap line just to set the scene - I consider this a fairly average length). While I knew certain salons will charge a slightly increased rate for "longer" hair I was expecting maybe an additional 50. What I was being told (Upon sitting down and crossing state lines to get to the salon mind you) was that I would be charged about 3 times the price I initially paid for the Groupon in additional charges due to the length of my hair. 300 dollars for the keratin treatment on a Groupon is unreasonable. She chose to challenge that it was "still about 20 dollars less than full price and any discount is still a discount". Girl, people aren't purchasing Groupons to save 20 dollars on a 300+ dollar treatment. If I paid 100 dollars for a Groupon I'm not expecting to be paying an additional 200 dollars after my arrival. Samantha needs to reevaluate the price of her Groupon if she's considering charging three times the price of the Groupon because you have mid length/ average hair length. However, had she done that, she wouldn't be able to scam people into entering her establishment because no one would purchase a 200 dollar Groupon. I don't like the idea of a bait and switch model and it rubbed me the wrong way. It could very well be why it took me less than a week to secure a Saturday appointment where there was one other patron in the shop. I suppose I can give Samantha some credit for trying to help the situation. Upon me leaving (I certainly was not supporting a bait and switch model) she did call me to tell me she could provide a "sub-par treatment for 50 Dollars if I wanted to come back". Appreciate the attempt at trying to come with an alternate solution but 1. You decided to wait until after I left 2. There wasn't a damn shot in hell I was letting her near my hair with her sup-par treatment at that point 3. I didn't want to give her a dime at that point. You live and you learn. I would much rather give my money to a salon that values customer service which is what I will be doing. While I have no doubt Samantha is a talented hair stylist she does need to work on that aspect if she expects to retain clients and ever get new ones. She should also re-evaluate her presence on Groupon. Based on my experience and the other reviews I have since read, girl, it ain't for you.

I told Samantha what I wanted she mixed it up and it came out fabulous. She is a true artist. Nobody has ever given me the color I wanted.

Love Sam's salon. Her and her daughter are sweet, welcoming, down to earth people. They listen to their customers and care about their needs. I found this place using a Groupon, and I couldn't be happier. I will never go anywhere else. This is my salon now for life!Services: Hairstyling
