Yeah i gave this one a chance but it's now time to move on, the bank is no good especially when it come to your money, they control how many times u can use your money and the tells me that i have a 30 transaction limit with zelle, i did some research and it doesnt exist so i believe that they lied to me, i never had to deal with this issue last year i dont understand why all these issues are popping up now. it's mainly with their transfer app. It's just terrible i should'nt have to wait 30 days to use my money. This is a warning to any newcomers, its like dating someone for 3 months and after those three months they show their true colors this is santander, enjoy the experience while u can.

I would like to post a 5 stars review to thank people who always help me here . Because I tried another Santander bank location and I wasn’t treated good that’s why I think Santander bank on Staten Island mall is the best one so far , good customer service .Thank you !

Respectful indeed.Just opened a checking account recently. So far, my experience is positive. I will keep my review updated, and will make edits if necessary. But so far, Santander is quite warm, like their flame logo, welcoming to local clients such as myself, and bank staff are respectful as Santander advertises their banks to be.

What's with that woman Denise†that finishes your sentence while your still trying to get a point across? I mean am I in a Seinfeld episode or what? Also the hostility of some of the cashiers is priceless. Awful location. Awful banking experience.
