The branch was clean and welcoming. The tellers were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I was impressed with how patient my banker was, as she explained and helped solve my issue.

How are you helping people when as we wait, the reps are having frivolous conversation. If they were helping people it would make a difference. Service is garbage.

Apparently the bank teller with the blonde hair wearing glasses needs some manners. When someone hands you a check to deposit you don't fling the slip with the deposit summary over. What if I grabbed my money and flung it at you?

If you are a traveler to Latin America and Europe you can enjoy acces to these "major international branches, in addition to the U.S., U.K., Brazil, Germany, Mexico, Poland, Argentina, Chile, Spain, and Portugal."Just be advised that the fees are high. There is a fee for everything! You are better off with using a global credit card which eliminates transactions fees. However, if you are in a bind and need to get local currency from a safe and trusted place. Santander, I would advocate as a worthy back up.The photo is of the bank presence in Lisbon

After 20 plus years going to the same branch and even the same teller who recognized me, they now want drivers license to break a $100 bill. Plus a deposit and withdrawal. Lie number 1. "Sorry for the inconvienience" lie number 2. "we have always done it this way" lie number 3. "Its a new policy". Im going to look for another bank.
