The bank is in front of a bus stop and alot of trash collects right in fromt of the bank. As part of the community it is the responsibility of the bank to maintain a clean environment for the sake of the bank and the community it looks terrible and it ends up just getting worse with time.

Very rude customer service. They will not greet you, will ignore you and let others who have not waited go ahead of you in line. Makes me feel very insecure.

Go to one on hylan by cvs. Most of the staff is amazing. Suzanne Seery i deal with most. She’s wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and always sweet.

The customer service has been terrible lately, tellers spend most of their time talking to each other while everyone waits I their cars online for them to be ready when their done with their conversation. A simple transaction took 40 minutes.

This is the only place I am ever going to get a loan from! Aaron is the man. He is always on top of his work and our mortgage. He did a wonderful job getting our loan and getting it done. He helped us get it all done is a swift manner. He is always nice and helpful, and is very knowledgeable in his line of work.

The staff are so nice and courteous. They always greet me with a smile and hello. I use the drive-thru window all of the time. I recommend this bank to everyone.
