“I was immediately assisted by John the facility manager who was very outgoing (as was female colleague), helpful, and attentive in regard to showing me the storage room best suitable for my needs. Before showing me the contract he asked if i had any questions and was extremely thorough and professional explaining the contact which he visually presented to me in hard copy, he even broke down the 50% promotion and additional discount for college students. Toward signing the contract he was more than willing to ask if I had further questions., which i was sold at that point!

“We had such a great experience at the Stop & Stor West Shore location! The environment is incredibly welcoming, and Tony, the facility manager, was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
It was a very hot day when we were there, and Tony even went out of his way to offer us waters while we were getting everything situated. That small gesture really showed how much he cares about the people who come through the facility.
The storage facility itself is great, clean, convenient, and in an excellent location. Tony made sure to walk us through everything thoroughly and professionally, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience easy and comfortable.
Stop & Stor is also doing amazing things for our community, which makes us even happier to have our unit at the West Shore location. We are very grateful for Tony and the entire team and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage facility!”
