The staff is sweet, helpful, wonderful, approachable, kind, polite, and friendly. They make customers feel special, explain everything directly, and guide shoppers to the right products for their age and style. They know what customers need and explain products fully. Beauty services, like eye makeup and full face applications, are done by staff who do an awesome and beautiful job, taking their time and thinking carefully about colors. The skin prep is very relaxing. Some customers note the loud music can be less pleasant for shoppers of all ages. Orders can be picked up fast and easy with in-store or curbside options, and Same-Day Delivery is also available.
Laura the store manager went above and beyond to help me with a gift card issue. She was so kind patient and helpful. Amazingly she was able to solve the problem.

When it’s busy they need more workers at the cashier! Also most makeups/ foundation colors are put in the wrong sample name and slot for people to purchase making it harder for people to look for their color that they want to buy.
