Made an appointment specifically for 2:30 with Maria...get there, wait until 2:50 and she's still taking her sweet time doing another clients nails. When I approach her to tell her I had an appointment with her at 2:30, she rudely pops off telling me "I'm not gonna be done anytime soon SORRY! Talk to the owner who booked you, I didn't book you not my problem" . Disgusting unprofessional place. Wasted my time. Dint make appointments if you can't respect other people's times and money! You're in a service industry! Customer is ALWAYS right! If you make an appointment with someone and then take no responsibility for not being available for your appointment, you should offer your clients an incentive to want to return to make things right! That's how business is done! No one makes an appointment and then leaves you hanging and then deflects all blame on to the client when they just wasted the clients day! Disgusting unprofessional low class business.

I love this nail salon and it's the only one I have stayed loyal to for a while now!! Ask for Li, shes the best. Very sweet and friendly ladies. I recommend the dip powder with/without extensions.

This salon has the best massage chairs I ever sat in. They also have a very wide variety of nail colors. The staff here are courteous and friendly and they are very professional in their business.

Mariela Jimenez did my nails ?? she’s very accommodating but also too worried of the time to get off early as possible knowing I’ll arrive at 6:10 or so.And it made me anxious though she was nice this is business so I think no customer wants to hear that.Mix feedings if I’d go back because those are the time that I only can come in :/ and I don’t wanna hear it.

The place was very nice and clean however my nail services were completely not what I wanted . I asked for dip powder manicure because my nails were very thin and I did not want to put them under the uv light . Mariella did my nails . She was nice but also had me feeling super anxious and made my anxiety high The length was perfect but the shaping was horrible . A lot of my nails were very unevenly shaped . I kept telling the nail tech if she can fix the shape better but she kept insisting that they were good and the reason why my nail are unevenly shaped was because of the sns powder . Honestly , still she could have shaped them after to make the not look crooked . I did not wait till after she was done to tell her to fix them . I told her earlier in the process and still that was an issue . Completely unsatisfied with the outcome . No cuticle oil or lotion and got the nerve to take a picture of my nails and say it’s pretty . Absolutely not ! I do understand how someone can not see your nails are uneven . My favorite nail salon of all time! I still come from Jersey to go here. They are clean, experienced and kind. I like simple or no design at all but if you can dream it they can do it. The best "me time" I could ask for.
