they are scam artist they will always lie to you so they can get the deal they convinced me to buy and older phone saying it would come faster then today when it was supposed to get here they tell me it was never scheduled for today that it wont be here till the 30th my job requires me to have a phone i cant wait till then and if i wanted to cancel i would be charged 50 dollars for a refund all they do here is lie this is just one if many lies they told me dont trust them

I was told by Spectrum that my equipment was outdated and needed to be exchanged. I also thought a self installation would be simple being that I was only exchanging equipment. I went into person to receive a new Modem i was told the old router was still compatible. When I went in person to the Spectrum store. I was given a new modem and router and was asked to bring the old one back. I returned home with the equipment provided and self installed. Nothing was working and after trying to troubleshoot it i called Spectrum. I was then told that the modem and router was not compatible. After that the old router stopped working and I was left with non working equipment. I was lucky enough to catch the same Spectrum store open for 10 minutes before closing. I go into the store and I am explaining to a older man he looked Hispanic the situation. He telling me that Spectrum customer service doesn't know what they are talking about and even starts to debate with me over it. Without listening to what I'm trying to explain to him and the other associate who was swapping out the equipment again proceeds to give me the same equipment new in a box. They didn't want to help me they wanted to get me out of the store which is sad. I go home again to reconnect the equipment for nothing to still work. The end result was Spectrum coming to my home first thing the next morning to resolve the issue. Such a horrible experience it was.

If you can stop going door to door, ringing the doorbell around the neighborhood and waking babies up, that'd be great. We once made the mistake of opening the door where the guy spent 15 minutes trying to switch from fios to spectrum. A simple search from chatgpt will tell you that spectrum is trash and is only a second forethought if fios isn't available in your area. Stop trying to sell me garbage.

It was a bad experience. I spoke in another language, and the man who helped me simply shook his head. Then, he asked me the procedure in English and handed me a bill, ignoring my question. I asked again, and he responded sarcastically.

Terrible service. Support don't answer if u call. In the shop first time they said 30, but then u have to use, suddenly price became 50. Don't use this internet, save your nerves. Better use Verizon or Xfinity

LET ME PREFACE THIS BY SAYING THE MANAGER WAS AWESOME. The THIEVES behind the counter trying to sell anything and everying should be fired. My elderly parents went in to switch to Spectrum mobile to save some money. Upon arrival they were told they weren't able to bring their iPhone 15s with them from tmobile so were forced to buy some bootleg iPhone that keeps freezing and locking out. I spoke to the manager and even HE said that, YES they do take them and had no idea why the associates would say otherwise. The manager is handling the refund even though it's past the 14 day contract. Looking forward to see what these guys look like.

Horrible customer service, especially from the worker George. They tell you to just call the service line to fix your issues instead of helping you figure out a solution. Not friendly, personable or willing to help. Save yourself the time and just wait on hold because this location will not be willing to help you.

Today I got into nearest store Spectrum located over here with request how to lower my bill for Internet and Mr George was so professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I was provided with information which allowed me to enroll another city program. Great service and nice part of local business infrastructure community. Thank you, guys

Review update: I went to this store today, no reservation and checked in, the wait was about an hour. In all fairness to the people who work here, they were efficient and helpful, and like many businesses, the lack of workers is due to nobody wants to work, they have open positions that they cannot fill. I can't blame that on a business.Good luck calling the store, Spectrum only directs calls to the call centers. I visited the Richmond Ave store to find you need a reservation, there were like 5 people waiting and one person helping, big store with 10 stations, but one person working. So I figured I would call the Hyland Store made a reservation and by the time I got there I should be good, except there phone goes to a call center. Their Internet and tech support excellent, but if you want to terminate a service, it's difficult and time consuming, I recent cancel my TV service, it took 10 mins to speak with someone, they said no problem, just drop off the Xumo at any Spectrum store, no RMA, just drop off. But before I could cancel I also was sent to a department called retention, this the the department that will try anything to save you money to keep the service and upsell you before you can cancel, I was on hold for 50 mins, 20 mins after that my service was cancelled, but I still have 25 days left to get this Xumo back to them....
