The car came out clean. Yes it was good, but I'm surprised. I actually had to beg them to clean the rims that they left some dirt on them. And by so the guy bitched and complained that he had to clean them

The worst car wash in Staten island second time going there both times horrible service. I paid 30.00 dollars for a car that was filled with soap suds while there wiping it down I had to take the towel off one of the workers and show him all the soap spots he missed which the actual car wash should of rinsed off never again

Slammed open my new car door into the car mat cleaner and chip the door edge. Tried to gaslight me telling me I shouldn't have stopped the car there after that's exactly where he told me to stop. The manager inside couldn't have cared less and wouldn't even make eye contact. $30 car wash and a chip in my door !

They have 7 people pretending to hand dry your car but my car was left with finger prints. I had splashes of a drink on the leather THATS WHY I GOT THE CAR WASH and the splashes are still there. Worst place with the most workers.

Absolute worst car wash on Staten Island. And the owner is just as lazy as his workers. Comes outside to my car after I complain after seeing "unhappy? Don't leave yet" so I bring my concern to the manager he comes out side to tell me "looks fine to me" even as there is dirt all around the trunk of the outside of the car and all on the bottom side skirts of the car. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt one too many times. This place is just terrible in service all around.

First time here I only wanted an exterior car wash with quick vacuum in my car the guy that gives you the paper with the price noted down that the total would be $60 dollars I was shocked so I went through the pricing they had by the wall as you enter so I told him and the guy changed the price, also I noticed my car did not rinse off well those machines are so bad it barely throws out enough water, another thing the machines do not scrub they have 3 men that scrubbed the car leaving abrasive marks because they use brooms.I would not recommend this place

I’m actually not sure why this place has such low reviews? I travel 25 minutes across Staten Island just to come to this location to get a car wash. Everytime I go they do such an amazing job and my car always looks brand new. Anytime I want something cleaned extra or I request ANYTHING they can always do it. They are also always so nice and always smiling :) Best car wash on Staten Island for sure. April 7th 2024.

Mechanic made me feel very comfortable with there long exceptional work experience. I was told it was my transmission. They replaced a electric part and saved me thousands of dollars. They complimented me with a free car wash that was icing on the cake. It was the best experience I have had in a long time.

Excellent service! Crew were fast and well organized. Clean waiting area. Affordable work. The car wash was the best part. Car looked like it was glass. Not a crumb on the floor.Thanx guys!!!

They have 50% of their packages. Monday thru friday from 8am to 10am. Excellent job for the prize you pay. The line is very long, so be ready to wait. But, well worth it!
