Very inefficiently run. It took forever to check out. There's lots of personnel but no one there to help you - if that makes any sense.

Biggest Stop & Shop that I've ever gone to. The store is spotless & very well organized. You name it, they have it. Unfortunately I found the prices too high compared to Key Food & ALDIs.
