Me and 3 if my family members will be removing our belongings from this place there respect for customers suck the disrespect in here was real they refused to remove a lock on a unit cuz the check didn’t clear but sees proof of process i also was willing to pay n get refunded when it cleared was told things don’t work your way here. They are very rude n disrespectful . Nie they lost a 4 customers who been loyal for 5+ years . They have grinch employees so be careful. It gets better omg so they send u a help email that makes you call back the same disrespectful people can’t make this up . Wish they never changed into cubesmart they suck.

Convenient, clean, and has lots of options. Moreover, the staff are very friendly and professional. We interacted with Mr. Richards and he was efficient and courteous. He showed us all the appropriate options and gave us all the relevant information. We will make CubeSmart our storage space and will ask our friends to do the same.

I rented a unit at this location 330 Greenfield Ave, Staten Island, NY 10304 and obtained the best customer service imaginable! After Jeremiah and Richard responded to several of my questions, Jeremiah gave me a tour of the facility. As he took me to see my unit, he spoke of some of the history of the building, which makes it fascinating every time I visit. I was (and am every time) in awe as I gazed at the walls, ceilings, pipes, floors and how clean they are! I find it intriguing that the red pipes have no dust on them and was told that they do maintain them. I feel that my belongings are protected and have a minimal risk of getting dirty or damaged. During one of the visits, I hurt myself with a cart due to attempting to hurry. I needed 1st aid to assure that I would not end up with an infection due to its severity! Richard happened to be on my unit floor and when I showed him to ask for 1st aid items he immediately went to the office and advised Jeremiah that I would be there. When I arrived he provided me with everything he had band aids and Triple antibiotics. I was able to clean up with scrubbing my wound, drying it then proceeded with the rest. That was the first time I used 1 of the 2 bathrooms located there. I must say, both are extremely clean every time I visit! Additionally, there's always toilet paper and paper towels. Since then I try to use the carts that are smaller and one at a time! It's never an issue since they have a large amount of carts available even when they are busy. I almost forgot to mention, that I enjoy not having to code key myself in every time I go to my car then re-enter. I feel it's easier and safer since they are only open during office hours and have cameras throughout the exterior and interior of the facility. This can be observed in the office wall and I giggle to myself at times since I must look funny when I maneuver the carts as I reach the corners! I wouldn't change it though, since I feel extremely safe! OMG I almost left out how Richard recently assisted me with my account and app creation after I was having such a difficult time he completed it on my phone in a matter of 1-2 min! Interesting enough, neither one of them asked me to leave a review after asking for so much assistance many times since I first began the rental. They are both such genuine individuals who excel at customer service.
Every time I visit the facility both gentlemen are kind, ethical, professional and eager to assist if asked. I also have seen them this way with other customers!
I am giving this location 5 stars and your employees are the main reason!

I’ve been using this facility over 15 years and recently I’m more inclined to relocate every month. The staff isn’t that helpful they don’t keep us informed about any changes. I went there today and actually noticed mold etc I’m debating on uploading a video I can definitely see the changes

We had a wonderful experience today our associate Connor that helped us was very knowledgeable. Patient and a very kind person. He explained everything to us showed us numerous. Units and we will be returning to take one of the units once we decide on what size we want connor Definitely should definitely be given the opportunity to advance in the company. He is a very professional and personable thank you so much for. A delightful experience

MASSIVELY rude staff, snarky, indifferent. The whole shady business of customers not being informed of changes and then suddenly the staff that we knew was fired and a whole new organization of people who absolutely could not care less and apparently shady financial dealings are in play by the owning corporation. A really truly gross situation completely inappropriate, completely screwed up, screwing customers, screwing the people that worked there. I'm so traumatized and disturbed that I don't even feel like I can deal with the staff. I'm afraid to go to my own storage space.
