Let me start by highlighting the incredible team at StorageBlue. Victor, Tina, Vanessa, and JR are without a doubt the driving force behind the outstanding customer service they provide. From the very beginning, the ladies at StorageBlue welcomed me with their warm smile and welcoming demeanor, which made me feel like a valued customer. They patiently answered all of my questions, thoroughly explained the storage options available, and ensured I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision about which storage unit would be the perfect fit for my items.Aside from the exceptional staff, StorageBlu's facilities are top-notch. The storage units are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern security features, providing me with peace of mind knowing that my belongings were safe and secure. I had a very great first experience. The staff was very kind Jessica and Vanessa was a big help and helped me with everything I needed. They were very professional and answered all my questions. I have had a unit here for over half a year now, and I've tried multiple locations before settling here. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, Victor in particular is an exemplary employee. He helped me find the perfect unit for me and still to this day is my go to person with any questions or concerns. Victor goes above and beyond and it'd be an understatement to say that he is the reason that customers like myself keep our units.
