To All, In my years of being a customer of SUPERFRESH, I have always found that. The young lady who takes orders over the phone whoever they might be is courteous, thoughtful, and responsive to my needs as a consumer. LINDA deserves praise and special attention for this, though she is not alone. ALI, one of the managers is extremely helpful, he keeps his word if there are any inconsistencies or any issues ( this is life nothing is perfect ). They actively take care of it. Thank You

With the holidays and the store being so busy, my mom placed an order and had a problem. I called over to the store and spoke with Ali, the manager, and he was so kind and helpful!! Immediately solved my problem and was so understanding. Thank you so much ! ?

Nice convenient store especially for ghost who live across in the todt hill projects and don't drive ,deli selection is neat and the food is fresh ,the fruits / veggies are fresh ,yhe meats are well priced and very fresh everything else is a bit pricey compared to shoprite, & stop & shop

Today will be my last day to shop at this store 4+ years I’m spending my money with these people. I’m sure it was the owners younger son. I was racially profiled. Very sickening! No wonder business lose customers then you have to get shut down smh ?♀️ it’s not a good thing to do to good customers shame on you SUPER-FRESH! BYE ?

The Staten Island Superfresh Supermarket has a friendly and helpful staff and a great selection of items for a relatively small supermarket. The place is clean and the shelves well-stocked. I was suprised at the quality of the beef, poultry, fruits, vegetables, etc. They had oxtail which is not always available in large supermarkets. Superfresh is a gem as you can quickly get your groceries, pay at the front where there are sufficient cashiers, and be on your way out the door! The prices are good and there are always sales on items that are popular, e.g. eggs, cheese, blueberries, etc. I am making the Superfresh Supermarket my goto local supermaket. And, I was always able to park close to the supermarket.
