Watch out for this stores employees. Some are scamming the customers. They tried it with me I caught on and it didn’t work. For the Holidays people do anything since we all busy buying running here and there people think it’s ok to scam. People be aware!

I recently had purchased an iphone and had activation issues. I had originally gone to a different T-mobile that immediately didn’t help me and insisted I go to apple instead. At Apple, they told me to go back to T-mobile as my issues were carrier related. Luckily I came across this T-mobile in the mall. I was met with great customer service and was quickly checked in. My original wait time was 26 minutes but turned out to be no more than a few minutes. Courtney helped me through the entire process of activating my phone and even went as far as to help me through my backup and everything. They ensured I left the store with everything working. I am not one to typically write reviews but i feel the least i can do is leave a positive review for such commendable customer service. Thank you guys once again.

This is an awful place. This might be bias because I dabble with IT, but they don't know anything about what they are doing. The moment I wanted to change my number, I was told to come in person. I came in person one day and they told me to call 311. Their communication skills need lots of work!

Worst store on the planet.Messed up our entire account, adding two lines instead of one, charging a new line fee on two established lines and would not fix it even after being directed to by management at T-Mobile.“Anthony S”, the manager insists on seeing people “in person” but only bothers to show up to work a few hours a week.I had to have the bill corrected on a corporate level, only after many hours on the phone, with T-Mobile trying to contact “Anthony S”, without success.Run, don’t walk away from this store.There are other T-Mobile stores around.

I went to the store to get the new I phone Pro max the girl working there she so rude and not professional and she didn’t give me any informations to get the new phone. I asked her if she can call the customer service to see when I can return the phone once I receive the new phone she told you talk to them I’m not gonna do that for you her name is Bri she was working on Saturday 12/03 at 2 pm. I left the store very disappointed and did not make any purchases and I will never make. Never coming back to this store because of that rude girl.

I just experienced customer service experience at a This T-Mobile store on Richmond Ave near the mall of Staten Island , a bearded worker, I sorry about telling his ethnicity, but he is an Indian looking follow.He was rude unwilling to help and didn't seem to no anything about T-Mobile or it's services, he even took a cheap printed flyer from hand, the worst customer service experience of my life, period.

I go here alot . Most of the time they are overcrowded and busy . However they usually help each customer in a quick manner . I have had Amy and Lenny and both employees are very nice and answer all my questions .
