Let me tell you, if i would have read the reviews on here prior to the visit i would have gone to California instead. 6 employees in the store, Johnathan welcomed me as i walked in. I explained the issue and right away was bothered i was there. Wouldn't listen to me and kept repeating his advice to me and would let me explain. Eventually he gave up and did what i asked for. Seriously making my phone worse than it was i left. Eventually my service came back and my phone seems to be working better after he did what i and tmobile technicians said to do over the phone. "Change the sim card" thats all he had to do!

Tom and his crew are helpful and knowledgable. I had an issue with my account and they were able to fix most of my issues. The rest they guided me what to do. Awesome.

We went in today just to get a clarification of my friends monthly T mobilr phone bill. Even though we were not going to buy anything, we were treated with utmost respect and were given a very professional and courteous service byMr. Jermaine( hope I got the name right) who was fantastic and knowledgeable. I've been to quite a few Tmobile stores, but the service from Mr. Jermaine takes this store to the top. I thank T mobile for having such wonderful employees like Mr. Jermaine.

This locations is full of rude and unwelcoming staff. I entered to get serviced and not one employee welcomed me when I entered the store not a “ oh hey we’ll be with you shortly “,nothing. I waited and realized why would I give service to people that seem to be bothered. As if I the customer was bothering them. This location is a disappointment with the lack of professional and welcoming attitude staff.

So how does a billion dollar company not allow it's customers to exchange faulty equipment at one of their stores ? TMobile has a policy if you buy something online you can only exchange it online which makes no sense it's like buying something on Walmart online and not being able to exchange it on Walmart store if it's defective.not only is this policy d*** but not customer friendly and not satisfying to a long time customer also if for example they have a upgrade device such as a wifi router and you request it they tell you no and give you the same old one again for the replacement. The one good thing about Verizon, spectrum and all those companies is that no matter what the customer gets what they want and will always give you upgrades without any questions or feedback....BEEN WITH THEM 17YRS AND NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR A UPGRADES. this is not against the guys in this store but to the company as a whole.

Went into their shop , and return trade in device . they refuse to receive trade in device . Gave me ridiculous excuse, they said they can not sure my phone’s generation . Even the trade in device shows same serial number as trade in paperwork . They are just lazy to do the job .
