Spouse hade issue with safari. They tried to help but was above their knowledge. Apple support solved issues, but the staff at this store was very attentive to her especially Jadira.

Called about a specific phone. Was told it was in stock. Took off work and was there within the hour only to hear, "Sorry, I sold the last one five minutes ago...." Bait and switch attempt, or plain old incompetence? Regardless, I won't be returning.

Staff was very knowledgeable , very nice and super helpful. Made everything quick and easy .It’s my neighborhood T-Mobile store. I’ve been in there numerous times throughout the years as the T-Mobile customer . They renovated the store and it looks great. I’m glad they finally have a window. Keep up the good work y’all . Don’t usually write reviews but I came in because my internet on my phone was really slow. I guess I had a really old plan and the representative Matthew really helped me out updating my plan and getting my phone data to work perfectly. Ask for Matthew when coming to this store, top tier customer service.

The worst T-mobile store ever. The employees who named Daniel who “helped” me with my new iPhone pro Max attempted to put eSIM to the device somehow he decided to put my previous number with iPhone 12 when he knew I have 5 lines. So he had to put everything back to my old phone. Main issue is that now my old phone is locked can not recover any data. I have 3 year information and also previous years on that phone. If you don’t know how to ask questions or solve a problem and cause an issue why are you working on this kind of job.Daniel didn’t even apologize for his mistake. And I did lost all my Data. I’m on the edge of canceling the T-mobile. And moving to Verizon.

Went to report an attempt to open an account in my name fraudulently. The staff was very helpful . Candace called the fraud department to report the incident and was exceptional in making sure that the fraudulent attempt was stopped. After this interaction with Candace and her very competent staff, I may leave AT&T for T- mobile for the excellent customer service I received.

This store on Hylan Blvd is a scam, I bought a Iphone and was told it came with a free watch but all I had to do was put $100 down and the money would be given back in the form of a virtual Mastercard. I went to redeem the virtual Mastercard and in the fine print it said I have to maintain cellular service for 2 years on the watch, which mean a added bill that I wasn't told about. It gets better. I called T-Mobile and explained everything to them and I was told that I also had to pay $12.66 per month for 24 months to pay for the watch, I was heated but I have to say T-Mobile worked it out for me and cut the service and refunded me $120 to my bank account debit card not a virtual Mastercard. Ask a bunch of questions if anyone say something is free.
