This store is FILTHY!! Clothes on the floor, and on the wrong racks/hanger for it's size.

Place is big but things are not in the aisle as stated on targets website. I tried to look for a few things and the aisle it says it's in doesn't even exist??! I like to check what aisle things are so I can get in and out. I used that in other targets before with no problem but don't understand what happened with his one. Their stuff seems to be everywhere. They have some coffee machines in one section and then another section are more coffee machines??! Please do better! The only reason why I give 3 stars is for the nice gentleman that helped me with something I couldn't find and helped me carry my big coffee machine box because I didn't have a cart. There are self checkouts but really wish they would have more cashiers on the floor. Also I got a wreath for $28 which is not really cheap and the hook to hang it broke when I was trying to put it on the wreath hanger. Very disappointed!

Definitely the worst target ever. Lines for self check out or regular is always the worst at peak hours. Nobody on registers, so many employees all over the store. Nobody wants to help you. I've left my cart and walked out twice already. It's beyond ridiculous to have sooo many people in line for one or two open registers at the busy part of the day. I'd rather drive to jersey, those targets have more inventory options anyway.

Rude employees at this location....asked for help with a gift card and an old lady at the self check out had an attitude with me. Also, picked up expired yogurt so always check expiration dates in this store because they do not care. Wanted to buy a tablet but now buying it somewhere else where they treat customers with respect.

This particular Target location, since the start of the last Political campaign, as well as Covid, has zero customer friendly associates. Most workers here, become hostile or flippant, the momen they are asked for help

This is possibly the worst Target in existence. 1 register open at peak hours almost every day of the week with COUNTLESS employees on the floor hanging out in groups . The Pizza Hut counter is absolutely guaranteed to be unmanned. When there is somebody back there they'll make brief eye contact with you then quickly hide in the stock room. Just today after waiting a couple minutes some older lady finally comes up to the register and sees me holding a pizza and starts cursing about her schedule to the employee in the back (two employees there and still no one at the register) and just as I think she's gonna ring me up SHE GOES BACK TO THE STOCK ROOM! Refrigerated shelves are always bare. Some times the same basic item will be out of stock for weeks on end. If it wasn't for convenience of location I'd only attend the Charleston location. Took about 100 visits to finally write a review. About the only positive is the starbucks employees are very good and friendly .

They need more cashiers, You would think it was Christmas with as long as the line was. The other people on line were extremely rude, not targets fault, but what is their fault is it's impossible to know where the line begins, where to stand, nothing is marked. The prices are ridiculous. It seems like they doubled their prices recently, and we ended up walking out without buying anything.

The people who work here are soo nice! I never have an issue with anybody when I come in. I always feel welcomed and I always have my dog with me and they are so nice and friendly to him. Everytime I say target my dog gets extremely excited it's his new favorite place to shop for toys. Thank you guys for being so polite and welcoming all the time :)

This is possibly the worst store I've ever been in, or among them. Customers being let in without masks, even EMPLOYEES working without masks, despite the NYS law. As far as I saw, no carts were being cleaned and there were no cleaning products near the entrance like the Veterans Road Target (go there!). I was offered protection only by an employee warning me that a cart off to side had gum on it and not to use it. The food section is half a mile from the entrance of the store (that's where most customers were shopping even though entering the store you may believe this to just be a women's clothing store), and it's difficult to get there because the entire first aisle is closed off because half of it is used as a line (the line had one or two people at all times). Self checkout had no bags, but thankfully someone was able to refill them when I asked. Empty and/or full pallets block aisles, many sitting in wrong aisles anyway, so customers had to leave their carts elsewhere, blocking others from getting through. An aisle spill of syrup went unattended as I didn't see any employees in the store outside of the very front and registers (except for 3 talking in a group). If stock was low I would understand that as an issue considering the line was literally down the block and we're in the time of covid-19, but shelves were mostly stocked and all the actual issues were very easily preventable and a sign of bad managing and bad workers and regarding the mask and cart thing, dangerous. Garbage store

The customer service for drive up and pick up is exceptional. The employee even asked how my day was going and was super careful about maintaining social distance

They never have anything in stock and the bathrooms are filthy. Not to mention the type of people in here are also trashy (which isn't the stores fault, but it doesn't help)

It's been about a month. I don't know if Target had a management overhaul, but the past few times I've been there, aisle were more organized and stocked. The bins of random items that were constantly near the baby stuff were less and employees were actually restocking shelves. I feel a little less overwhelmed when walking into this Target. Good job!

The baby aisle is never stocked! There's always pallets filled with supplies that is not accessible to customers, they just sit there blocking the aisles.

Love this store, they always have what I need and when I need it, can't complain about this target. The staff is pretty nice and happy which I love every time I go in there, best costumer service.
