CUSTOMER BEWARE
This location has the worse customer service. If an item is locked up expect to wait go seek out an employee as they refuse to respond to the customer service button. Save your time and spend your money somewhere where the employees care. Won't be coming again.

I had a positive experience visiting this target location. I saw the product I needed on their website, headed to the store and had some trouble finding the correct aisle but a friendly employee helped me.
The store itself isn’t very big but it has all the essential items. There are some self check out machines so the line took less than 5 minutes.
There’s a big parking lot exclusive for Target customers so parking is never a problem at this location. Across the street there are other shops, a gym and a few other stores.

The employee was too lazy to go search in the back for the item I was looking for and I was really disappointed. Drove all the way from a different state. Not going back

This Target on Forest Avenue is a convenient spot for a quick shopping trip. It's on the smaller side, so the selection is a bit limited compared to larger Target stores. However, it's clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. A huge plus is the grocery section, which saves you a trip to the supermarket for essentials. There's also a Starbucks inside, which is a nice perk.
While the store is generally well-maintained, there are some occasional issues. Sometimes it can be difficult to find an employee to help you, especially in the electronics department. And during busy times, the checkout lines can get long with only a few cashiers working. Despite these minor inconveniences, it's a solid choice for its convenience and friendly staff.

I understand why everything is locked up but it makes it impossible to get what you need. Especially since none of the employees have a key and no one answers the little sensor thing. I waited over 15 minutes for Dramamine that my husband really needed.

Horrible customer service ! 1 guy literally doing exchange , returns and ringing people up while all the other workers are dragging their feet with long faces . I asked if someone can help him I was there just picking up an order and I was told no it’s one line for everything !

This is the most depressing Target in the area- and definitely an embarrassment to New York. They lock the bathrooms. The Starbucks is closed. A lot of items are locked up as well. They should just close this store already- people come here to expect a Target experience, not this disappointment.

To be honest I only give this Target 2stars. It looks like a bootlegged location compared to its other stores. Sometimes it’s a mess and an obstacle to walk around. You call and don’t get any response. I rather go to the one on the other side. Hmmmm of the trac that could be it.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Target location. My sister went to return a few items using the barcode from my Target account, which I had sent her a screenshot of directly from my Wallet app. I work at another Target store, and we regularly accept barcode screenshots for returns because they’re clearly linked to verified accounts. However, at this location, not only did they refuse to even try scanning the barcode, but the staff at Guest Services were also rude and dismissive about it.
When the manager came over, she backed them up and insisted that screenshots aren’t accepted which is simply not true across the board. I know from experience that Guest Relations would have processed the return without a problem. Instead of being helpful or offering any alternatives, the tone and attitude were unnecessarily nasty.
This isn’t how Target is supposed to treat its guests. Very disappointing, especially when I know how returns are actually supposed to work.
