Rushed to the bank after work and arrived just before closing to deposit $10,000 cash. I was greeted by an employee that was racing me to the door to lock it right in front of me. I’ll be back after my vacation to withdraw all my money and close my account. Way too many other banks around with much better customer service.

TD Bank has for the time that I have been doing business with them very pleasant. Personnel has always been friendly and helpful with my banking issues. ATM machines have been updated from what I was told and personally saw. Clean friendly environment. I am happy with the service.

I use this bank all the time because I have to, but it is one of the worst TD branches I ever had to deal with. There's a new rule every day and the customer service is very poor If you can use a different branch do it.
