I had an absolutely terrible experience at this branch. I went in to file a dispute, and the staff—especially the manager and a white male employee with a slicked-back hairstyle—were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. They made me itemize every paycheck I receive just to proceed with my dispute and request a new card, only to deny me a replacement in the end.
The way I was treated was appalling, and it was clear that respect and basic customer service are not priorities here. If you are a person of color, I strongly advise against visiting this branch unless you want to be treated like a criminal, no matter how much money you bring into their bank each month.
Avoid this location at all costs!

Hello, I have been using this bank for 2 years now, it is a terrible customer service and you can see that they want to send customers away as soon as possible. I closed my account today, I definitely request all of you to close it, and if possible, do not even walk in front of it.

Worst bank to go to stay away nasty customer service I walked in yesterday made a large deposit. They checked the money right in front of me. Everything went through perfectly fine. They call me up a few hours later to tell me that the bill is fake then when I go in now, I have to wait until I file my taxes next year to claim my money back. TD BANK is not what it used to be anymore. Stay away from this bank.

Frustratingly inconvenient. I changed my legal name and I've been here 3 times trying to get a new debit card with my name on it. Originally they messed up the name on my account by reversing my first and last name so I had to get that fixed. I even went to T mobile to make sure my name matches cause apparently they need that?? Anyways, they can't text my phone number to send me a confirmation and they won't sort it out because it's an error with their "third party". Which apparently they can't contact their "third party" to fix it. So I'm stuck with a debit card with my dead name on it unless I want to close my account for a week and wait for a new one to come in the mail. Who can survive without access to their bank account for a week? Very upset.

I want to give -5 stars. This bank used to be Ok but has been progressively deteriorating in the last few years since Covid. The Customer Service is abysmal. They make you check in when there’s nobody in the bank. After that, nobody around can help you anyway so you wait longer.
You do nothing but wait in this bank that can’t provide any service. From not enough cash to not enough bills to not enough anything. The branch at Richmond used to be good however that site also became bad. There is no good TD Bank branch in Staten Island and I am convinced that there is no good TD Bank branches at all!
They make it hard for you to get your money, one of the tellers said that they try to keep your money as much as possible.
This bank makes me want to put cash in my mattress. Where are the good banks!?

i have a business account with them, yet the tellers at this forest ave branch have been giving me the run around with my rolled up coins they won't take more them 5 dollars of rolled up coins per week whats the point of having a business account with them if i can't deposit more them 5 dollars of rolled up coins....i have been using chase bank for the past 2 months chase seems to like it when i bring in my boxes full of rolled up coins.....it's unfortunate that the tellers at this td branch make the bank look bad......closing my account.........

Should just close the drive through it takes 20 minutes to withdraw cash even when there is NO ONE else in the drive though. 2 days in a row. I'd go to victory blvd t.d. before this any day . EVERYTHING on forest ave is trash compared to victory blvd . CVS , fast food , you name it forest ave. Is inhabited by trash
