If I could give zero stars I would feel better….I have my account with them and I went in to get some change today and Ashley not only refused to do it she was VERY NASTYY….And I asked her for her last name to fill out a complaint and of course she didn’t want to give it…Stay away from this place !!!!!!

This is my go to branch usually but won’t be going forward I get direct deposit at TD been a customer for 7 plus years went in to get some change today and Ashley not only refused she was VERY RUDE & NASTY she needs some customer service training for sure

I was so impressed with TD Bank I went in to open account and I was treated as if I was a millionaire ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Christopher was so amazing ? it took him10minutes to open an account.I so recommend TD Bank ? Thank You.

I went to this bank because my credit union has an account. As of now I will not do business with this bank and encourage anyone who want, likes, or requests new money don’t come here. I asked for new bill and the employee gave me old money. I do not want nor do I like old money. My preference. When I asked him to please give me new bill Ha did not have any, which I know is a bunch of bull!!!! Worked in the banking field. Took the old bills went to Bank of America they replaced with all new bills and did not take 10 minutes to do it like the less than smart man who gave me old money.

The best customer service in the world comes from this branch … I had a problem with my checkings account and couldn’t figure it out on the mobile app , my customer service rep Natalie was very patient in helping me step by step to any questions I had about navigating the app and my problems with my checkings account are all cleared up in a matter of minutes highly recommend this branch and encourage you to speak with Natalie she was more than helpful

Best costumer service I have ever had in a bank. All thanks to the help from Nataly Herrera a store costumer experience coordinator. By the way she deservers an raise. As an International student I'm very happy that TD Bank was able to help me with my needs.

I haven't had much experience with this bank. Based on the limited experience I have had at this branch, I must say I am very satisfied. Opening a checking account was easy. The lady helping us went out of her way to accommodate us. The bank is very clean inside from what I can see.

Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, clean and free lollipops. The wait stinks, they usually have just one or two tellers. Rates are like any other bank. Free parking.

TD Bank is the best bank i know. They have no windows to block you from the cashier. The hours of operation are fantastic. Always open late etc.... Free pens lolipops & change counter machine too. Ya gotta love TD Bank !💚
