Tony is an excellent trainer with a vast knowledge of everything that is health and fitness. He has taken my training to new heights. He is also just a nice person to talk with while pushing your body and mind. My wife loves Tony's workouts and the friendly , motivational atmosphere of this gym. I have seen her overcome fears and reach new milestones in the short few months she has been working out with Tony and the ladies of destruction. Shout out to Miliford and Deenice for convincing her to join.

Tony is absolutely a 5 star trainer. He has an amazing group boot camp and small gym. He also does one-on-one personal training. He knows how to train and get you stronger with short interval breaks so you don't feel like you are going to die. He's taken many courses to improve his knowledge of the body and certain illnesses that may prevent a long life. I highly recommend you meet him and see what he's all about! You won't regret it. We don't!

I have worked out with other trainers. I have never met anyone quite like Tony. He is selfless, enthusiastic, giving and an all around positive person. I no longer live on staten island but follow his success online. I am going to participate in this next slim down. It is worth it for me to drive over the bridge to work with him. I think I will steal him out to my neck of the woods..he needs to share what he has beyond the confines of the island. great job Tony

When you walk into The Body House you know that you are part of the family. Tony is such a educated and caring trainer. The atmosphere during a work out is fun and encouraging, not your typical gym setting. I have met so many great people because of him and am excited to go workout with them. Tony and his staff Raquel and Barbara make the work out fun. He is not only a mentor by also a great friend who has continued to help me reach my goals. I would highly recommend The Body House to everyone.

Tony is an amazing trainer and will take you where you want to go. Whether it is training for a race, needing to get back in shape, or just starting to take back your life Tony and his staff will devise a program that will fit your needs and accomplish your goals. My time spent training with Tony at The Body House was a very rewarding experience. Tony was caring and patient but tough when I needed him to be in order for me to get the results I wanted. Tony's commitment to his clients and genuine concern for them is truly commendable. It is no wonder he was voted Staten Island Best Trainer. So glad I was able train with him and so happy to call him my friend.
