This is my preferred locksmith business since the professionals there are consistently on time and provide quality service for a fair fee. They never show up late, tidy up after themselves, or leave any mess for me or anybody else working with them. Additionally, they are excellent at providing customer service, so if there is ever a problem, they will take care of it right away without making me feel uncomfortable or attempting to avoid paying for something that should be covered by insurance .

The key would not turn when I went for work this morning because my front door lock became jammed. Because someone claimed they could arrive in 20 minutes, I called a locksmith. It's true that they answered the phone right away, arrived in 20 minutes, and fixed everything in 5. Very courteous and effective. Excellent encounter. I strongly advise it.

Today my lock broke. I jumped on and dialled the first locksmith; there was no answer; I then tried the second, but they were unavailable. I then gave them a call! Within two hours, they arrived, resolved my problem, and then left. Professional, quick, kind, and reasonably priced

He never lost his positive attitude and assured me that everything will be okay. Everything was amazing; my only regret was that I didn't have enough cash to give him a gratuity. I received the best customer service in a very long time.

They are open 24/7, which is wonderful, to start. Our locks weren't working properly. Excellent technician! We were locked out, so it only took him 30 minutes to show up. He allowed us in, outlined the problem with our lock in detail, and quickly installed new locks. He accepted credit cards and provided our landlord with a thorough receipt in return. fantastic service

When your garage spring breaks on a Sunday afternoon and you're anxious about getting to work the next morning, who do you call? He's the guy that was a joy to work with. He has a positive attitude and excellent customer service abilities. We were appreciative for everything he had done for us.

I wholeheartedly suggest these folks. They are trustworthy, professional, and efficient. Also, after contacting other locksmiths, I discovered that he had the greatest costs for locksmith concerns!!

The technician was just outstanding. I'd been experiencing issues with our front gate lock and decided to call him based on his recommendations. He answered the phone on the first call, scheduled an appointment with me the next day, arrived on time, and repaired the lock in approximately 15-20 minutes. They didn't attempt to upsell me on a new lock or an upgrade. Very informed, competent, and pleasant. I can't say enough excellent things about his services! Continue your excellent job!

The lock could not be opened. When we called, the technician arrived before our appointed time. He identified the issue in seconds and repaired my lock in minutes. He was quite professional. Thank you very much!

This is the first time I've ever reviewed a nail salon to be honest. Usually even mediocre service I will just go somewhere else. But I felt compelled to write something so hopefully someone doesn't go through what I did.The wait time was good, they took me pretty quick even though it was busy. That was the one star given.I spent $38 for a "special spa pedicure". You're supposed to have a massage, and extra services with. That did not happen! I was completely robbed of a massage. Other places they time you ten mins so you know they aren't lying when they massage you. I get pedicures all that time. I know a regular lotion rub versus a MASSAGE. I basically wasted almost $40 for a regular pedicure. All she did was use lotion for maybe three minutes and that was it. On top of that..The girl was so aggressive with me. She made my toenails and fingernails bleed. I even told her please stop you're hurting me but she pretended she didn't hear me.She hurt me so bad doing my nails. I did a gel manicure. She Cut me on my ring finger. Since then it's gotten swollen as well as my big toe! Now it hurts to walk on it. I'm scared it's going to grow in ingrown. You can see its in the corner of the toenail in the picture.My nails are lumpy/bumpy. Very thin. I will be lucky if they last two weeks.I am so upset.The place is beautiful inside but where you get the pedicure done, its very uncomfortable to even sit down. They don't have a place to put your belongings and you are right on top of each other. So you are stuck in someone else's face as you sit. Then you have to hold your bag on top. It was the worst pedicure I ever received.I wish I knew the woman's name to directly complain about her making her clients bleed but I do not. No one had a name tag on. I only went here because the nail salon in the mall closed. I'm so upset they did beautiful nails and would never do this to their clients.I did read through the reviews before I went and a lot of people had bad experiences here. I should have listened! I'm hoping someone reads this and doesn't go through pain getting their nails done as I did.Services: Manicures

My experience wasn't good, in any way. The woman who was available, whose primary language wasn't English was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I didn't understand her signals to me. She was also rough and left me with a one-inch abrasion on my heel that I had to use Bacitracin on, for days. I immediately regretted going there, and will never return.
