Place was busy but they were on top of it, got a brand new truck with only 100 miles on it. Really enjoyed how smooth the 10” cube truck was especially for a 5 hour road trip.

We drove out here to pick up a uhaul we reserved and confirmed, only to find that it wasn't there. They never bothered to call us to tell us, and it was a huge source of stress and wasted time on an already stressful moving day.

I just walk in to office the short asian guy shows me attitude like i come to begging just aak him to call the person handle u haul he ignore me like nothing one person nice fellow he help me and ask that guy to check wether he comming or not very bad service ....
