I rented my first uhaul cargo van and it was just the easiest thing ever - I was moving out of my storage room but the storage room elevators didn’t work so I had to go back and return the uhaul defeated after a long day of packing and no success to moving - I spoke to Steven about my issue and he really helped me out - thank you so very much - great service - clean good working driving van! Great customer service!

Never had such a bad experience i had a reservation and the front guy which barely speak English said that my truck wasn’t available ( reservation made 3 weeks ago) and keep saying that this is not his problem...learn to respect the country where you live or go back where you from

Great experience here, Steven that works at this location was very pleasant not only over the phone but in person aswell. I just moved to NY from Boston, Ma so it was nice to come across someone so helpful. I would definitely recommend this location for both renting and returning Uhaul. Steven is a value to this location, I plan to rent Uhaul again this week and will definitely return to this location simply because of Steven's customer service skills.
