Apparently the people who work at this place are not paid enough, they are unprofessional, rude and when you tell them the truth they get angry and threaten to cancel any future appointments. If you are unhappy at home you should not take it to work.

Heading for passport oppoitment. The blonde staff can not even offer photo copy of Id in a post office. And I ask for another staff for help ，she said my oppoitment can be canceled because of making a photo copy in the post office.That's so funny.

This is the worst and most disgusting postal worker I have ever encountered. My important letter showed that it was returned on the 12th. I went to the post office on the 13th to inquire and she said it had been returned. Then I waited for 4 days and it was only returned today on the 17th! The lady at window 1 had a bad attitude and poor service. It was obvious that she was too lazy to help me find it. If I could, I would give 0 stars

Visited today to renew my son’s passport. Danielle was very kind and efficient. I’d say it’s one of the better post offices on the island.

Definitely one of the worst USPS offices, majority of staff is lazy and the customer service is poor if not completely incompetent. True to see all the other negative reviews, would give 0 stars if Google allowed

Had an appointment at 1:30 , called out of work just to get called and told my appointment was cancel because a passport agent want to call out last minute, really rude and unprofessional.

Giving my honest and genuine review I possibly can was my first time in this post office and the lady with blond hair that had her hair tied up had the most unpleasant attitude today guess she woke up on the wrong side of the bed it’s was at 9 am in the morning it was so un necessary to have to deal with that so early in the morning if you don’t like your job get yourself one where you don’t have to deal with costumers on a daily basis

These people don’t want to work, i called this post office 5 times this morning no answer how unprofessional can it get? your job is to provide a service but they can’t get that right it’s ridiculous how hard it is to get in contact with these people if they don’t want to do there jobs fire them hire people that want to WORK very unprofessional feel like i’m chasing them around.

unprofessional window clerk, the guy does not know what he is doing! I have prepaid label, if theres price discrepancy, always can pay the difference in post office, he is not allow ppl to pay the difference, (One gentleman behind me also had same issue) and asked every body go home to print out label instead!!! Never had such a nonsense experience. Usps is paying their worker for day dreaming at work at this location.

The person that works at the front desk is a horrible person. She don’t give you options on how to send your package she prints whatever she wants so you could go …disgusting attitude I will never go there again. They got wannabe gangsters working in there….& it’s not the lil lady that works there..

Danielle was excellent help with my kids passports and my renewal. I had a bad experience at castelton post office so I went to port Richmond and I was very pleased with her customer service. Thank you!
