No mail for 2 days ,waiting for a package , the day it was suppose to arrive no mail was delivered and package said misspent, foward..next day all of a sudden its out for delivery , guess what no mail delivery again...

My local post office in Eltingville, lost my package, instead keep for pickup rescanned send somewhere and wouldn't really willing to help, just ask me to call and looking for package by myself. I was lucky, to reach Ms. Rosa at this distribution center she really take care about that case she found package and called me when was ready to pick up.I Appreciate her help, Thanks Again.

I need my mailbox lock changed I've been waiting since November 2018..its been an on going issue please let's get this done..south shore annex center wont let me pick up my mail from there staten island NY 10312...how am I suppose to get my mail.Dont know what the next step is but I'm going to find out with a lawyer
