This is my favorite post office on Staten Island! Dishna, Lexie, Mike, and Krystal are all amazing and I highly recommend this post office for all of your mailing and shipping needs! They treat your packages and mail with care and respect!!

I went in around noon on a Thursday and there was omelet one person ahead of me online. The place is small but well maintained, all the Priority envelopes and labels were situated neatly. This is also the first post office I’ve seen in the city where you are speaking to the person through a bullet proof glass. Really nice set up and both clerks seemed very polite.

would give 0 if I could. They were playing basketball with packages and even dropping them from failed catches RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. They literally do not care at all about your items. Luckily I was just mailing clothes.

They closed the store today (Wednesday July 19th) at 4:15. They are supposed to be open until 5pm and had people outside knocking on the door. Workers decided to go home early that day

First I want to say I tried to do the survey on the receipt but for some reason it doesn’t work.I wanted to give praise to the young lady that helped me out yesterday. I am a regular customer for over 10 years. I’ve seen the change in staff for the pass 4 years I would say. I know Micheal very well, such a nice young man. The young lady that serviced me yesterday I believe her name tags reads Ms. Krystal. She was knowledgeable about my issue and went out her way to find an answer for me to help ease my mind. After helping with my issue she asked if I needed stamps or any shipping supplies. I first said no thank you. I offered to buy her coffee or something from Dunkn for helping me, she declined and asked me to do the survey online. When she said that I changed my mind and asked for stamps. She pulled out a large selection of stamps to offer me. Just over the top service. I must say she’s been at this location for over a year now. In the beginning she wasn’t everyone’s favorite but over the pass few months I’ve noticed the growth and change within her. She went from nonchalant to very caring and more professional.Good Job Manager!

I was trying to fill out the survey form online, but I keep getting an error message that the zipcide was incorrect. I enter the zipcode that's on the receipt which is 10309. I want to complete the survey to let USPS know how nasty and rude the 2 clerks (Crystal and Lisa) who was working there. Not just to me but to other customers too.

11/22/22: PO supposed to open at 8:30 AM. Door was not opened until 8:45 AM. A worker then said “give me a few minutes” - ma’am, you already had 15 and most of us need to be at our respective jobs (on time) for 9 AM. Although this location is often a couple of minutes late to open the door, fifteen is egregious.Other than that, although there always seems to be a line no matter what time of day you’re there, most often it moves promptly. Workers are usually kind and accommodating, though there have been times where they are less helpful because they’re on a private phone call, texting, or using social media. Which, you know, sure, during downtime that’s understandable. But not when there’s a whole line of people waiting to be helped. This location could also benefit from drop boxes outside the PO for people who just need to mail letters. It’s odd that they don’t have this available as this location has been open since the inception of Woodrow Plaza. As this is the only true PO in this area, it should really take steps to better accommodate the community.

I just waited on the longest line in the universe only for the clerk to tell me I couldn’t buy stamps right now because something is locked and to come back later.

It was good. I did not set foot in the USPS for years. It was OK.

Fast service and lines do not last long. Only issue we had was about 40% of wedding invitations never made it to our guest list.
