Terrible customer service! Asian lady was very rude. I came to pick up the packages that were sent to their post office, she told me that they were delivered to my home and someone signed for me. I live alone and this is impossible, I asked what to do in such a case, and she could not even help me. Most likely one of their usps employees signed for me and stole the packages. I do not recommend usps at all.

I always had a great experience at this post office location. Came to do my son’s passport and let me tell you if you have all paperwork already and a picture everything goes easy peasy. Always make an appointment, get everything ready and you will be satisfied.

Steve was unwilling provide information about package, which had been stuck at his post office for two days. When i went to the post office in rosebank, they gave me the information they had in the system (which steve acted like he didn’t have).

I didn't t get my package bc the sender put wrong address. I apologized for hylan blvd post office workers bc Iwas mad I thought that they refuse to serve me .but they keeped looking for my package they find out the issue they called me

I was there this morning( May 9 2024, 8:54am) to get my passport renewed, the men in the third counter looked so angry and behaved very rude ! Not willing to answer any questions . I hope everything is good for him and his family . But he definitely need to be trained for customer service. If you not willing to serve customer then go back to deliver mails outside, maybe that’s your ideal job. We don’t want to see your angry face either !

I had an unfortunate encounter I had with a staff member at the USPS branch in Staten Island. While visiting the facility, I interacted with a Chinese employee whose behavior towards me was notably rude and disrespectful.
Despite approaching the situation with patience and courtesy, I was met with dismissiveness and hostility from the individual in question. This type of behavior is not only unwarranted but also unacceptable in any professional setting.
As a customer, I value respectful and courteous service, and it is disheartening to experience such treatment. I believe it is crucial for all employees to uphold the standards of professionalism and customer service expected of them, regardless of the circumstances.
I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to address this issue and ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future. It is imperative for the reputation and integrity of your organization that all staff members uphold the values of respect and courtesy in their interactions with customers.

Great Service every time.
