My new favorite post office - AUNG is the nicest & most helpful postal worker I have ever met! I will be making this post office my go to - despite other ones are closer they are the nicest here!

Garbage post office. Employees were unwilling to help even though my mail was being tampered with. I hate going to this place and avoid it at this point. They've lost 6 of my packages so far!

I’ve been to this location 3 times and each time I’ve came across this same unprofessional unhelpful rude employee ( looks like she has encounter many people or her negativity yes Krystal I’m speaking about you). I swear she must have a miserable life the way she continuously provides negative energy. I don’t understand how she even has a job still with the continuous negative reviews.

A worker named Krystal provided such a negative experience. Her lack of assistance, rudeness, and disrespectfulness are unacceptable behaviors for a USPS worker. It's important for employees to uphold professionalism and provide helpful service to customers and she was the complete opposite of that. My experience was so awful I felt the need to leave this review.

The employees that work at this location are disgraceful. You can barely get a question out because they cut you off without a second thought, they are not helpful and down right nasty. I've had to go to this post office a few time because its along the way and my goodness each time did not disappoint in the negativity department. It's not just one employee its about 85% off the customer service staff front and center. My interactions have been limited but observing other's interactions is dishearten. By the way RANDY you are a horrible customer service rep maybe you should work from home in a bubble if you do not like people!
