When I have my regular mailman everything gets delivered. In the summer especially right now I hardly ever get my mail at all I have missing packages and important mail I may never get. Even though they claim it was delivered.

Avoid going on FRIDAY,I have never had any problems before. It had been 5-star until this worst experience on March 31th. Today, there was a female clerk I've never seen before behind the counter. When I walked in, there was only one customer. And, I had to wait quit a long time. After the man in front of me left, the clerk did not locked the package drop-off window after the man in front of me left. And, very rude, SICK woman just walked in and cut the lin in front of me and a few people behind me. We have to keep distance from each other. This very SICK woman got less a feet from me. Very SICK. The woman clerk should NOT let ramdom person just walked in and cut the line and she was extremely slow.

I go here all the time because it’s a block away from my house. They are slow, unprofessional and they don’t even know which customs form to use for sending out military packages. I cannot stand this place but like I said it’s convenient, that’s the only reason why I go there. The people are also rude

Much improved since my last review. Maybe they do read these! I now have a new carrier. He is friendly and efficient, he scans all of my packages as soon as he gets them and rings the bell when he delivers a package. Now I only need to worry on his days off.

I definitely have a great experience going in there and everyone is very helpful. I even once had a call back about a package that the post office and I were trying to track down. Great!

The worst delivery service to the neighborhood from a reliable carrier to anybody the administration chose to deliver the mail when ever they feel time now is 6:21p.m. and still no Mail is happening more and more everyday

I have dealt with several us post offices throughout the New York City and I always had a good experience but, this post office located at 45 Bay Street 10301 is the worst post office ever I believe in The Whole country, the employees are very very rude, The only time I have visited this place I have seen two customers screaming to the guy behind the counter and leaving the place very angry, all this happened in the 10 minutes I have spent there in addition to my awful experience. I think us post office needs to educate its employees the good manner how to trait customers. But as urgent it needs to replace the employees it has in this location including the manager lady that is unhelpful at all as the community here in 10301 needs a good service when it's time to deal with post office in their neighborhood.

Listen, I'm a pretty forgiving person but these people piss me off .. My house has many steps, which I understand. If my packages need signatures the refuse to climb the stairs and knock on the door. If I doesn't need a signature, they leave it in the street. This is very annoying.

Beware of the tall black guy working at this location, he's an overt narcissist. I definitely won't be going back to this location. I can't understand how it's even still working there.

Very rude staff with poor customer service. We made online appointment to renew passports for 2 adults baby and kid. Each one should have 15 mins app we waited on line for our turn and by time we got to see clerk we passed first person appointment by few mins ... they refused to take all of us and asked us to reschedule . I explained that each person have 15 mins scheduled and they can take baby and kid .. their response was NO for all family. I escalated to their supervisor ... she came with same attitude and refused under no circumstances to take any of us. Anyway I didn't take that toxicity and unprofessionalism. I called another location in Manhattan that accept walk in... we went to Lexington post office and got our passports processed with no waiting time . This is first visit to post office for my son , he was so existed and fortunately Lexington post office staff made his day and ours . Anyway St George post office definitely need some customer service training . I will NEVER visit that location again.
