Went to do a change of address with my ID and the old lady with red hair was very rude and stated she needs to two. I told her the email only says one valid proof of ID. She said she doesn’t care what the email says she wants two. Since when do workers make up their own rules. Because she’s old I didn’t say anything and left and was forced to drive to another USPS where they did the verification for me

Been coming here for years the ladies are all friendly and professional. They all work very hard. I see a lot of rude and clueless customers come and go. These ladies are patient, respectful and helpful to all. I feel for these ladies especially when the lines are long and they’re trying their best to get the ppl out. Don’t anyone know how to read English and know how to address a box or fill out a form properly????? Ladies you’re doing an amazing job.!! If you don’t like the service here go somewhere else. Keep supporting USPS !!

I needed to mail back a stick of lipstick. It was in a bag and I had a return label. All it needed was 1 strip of tape. The lady wouldn't even put a piece on there for me. Tried to charge me $2 for 1 strip of tape not even 3 in long. Horrible customer service. I love I live in the state of Texas! It's NOT that petty

There is a grumpy employee who refuses questions. His behavior was rude. Even though I was polite to his rudeness and wished him a great day, he wished me to “stay sick”! The man with curly hair !!! Such people should be warned!

Leon needs to be fired. Everytime I come there to ship packages. He always has an attitude. Rude impatient gets disrespectful sometimes. He needs to be sent back for training or treated with the same kind of attitude.
