Do not use this pharmacy if you can help it. The laziest people work in this pharmacy! When you call, you are on hold for what seems like forever. They answer the phone and put you right back on hold. This was done to me 8 times before I finally hung up. When you go into the store, the people in the pharmacy act like you are inconveniencing them. I only gave them 1 star because I can't give them 0 stars!

I called the pharmacy this morning 2/4/24 to inquire about my prescription refills and as I was speaking she rudely interrupted me, sounding very annoyed and nasty and asked for my name.Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she sounded like she had a slight accent, possibly, Asian. She’s in dire need of some customer service training.I never had a problem before. Everyone is always quite friendly and helpful. One bad apple for sure.

Came at 11 am to buy some stuff and the woman cashier was very rude about counting coins that I gave her, she said she is not supposed to do it.. she is cashier, that is her job to deal with money(coins, bills etc) horrible stuff

They never answer the phone, and they will take forever filling your prescription. The woman with the gray hair in a ponytail and wearing a mask at the pharmacy counter denied my PBA CVS prescription card, which btw you are in network in. You are legally supposed to take it. Someone needs to teach her some manners!!!! I immediately transferred all my active prescriptions elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here.

A very rude and unprofessional person from a pharmacy department answered my call and after I was on hold for a few minutes I was I can't be provided with information about medication I needed! Why is she working there then and answer phone calls??? Terrible service!

The worst Walgreens on the island. Do not waste your time. The ‘manager’ (with the tattoos behind her ear and a phantom of the Opera sweatshirt - don’t know her name) shows zero leadership skills, shows zero initiation when needed in situations at the checkout, has a HORRIBLE disrespectful dismissive attitude all around. This company should really evaluate their employees better before hiring them and stop picking from the bottom of the barrel workers as it seems to be a ‘thing’ since the pandemic.

If I could give no stars, I would. Why have a prescription pick up window if you aren’t going to service it? Apparently they want sick people to come inside.

Horrible Customer Service, rude and unprofessional, condescending attitude. Don’t waste your time or money here, shop elsewhere. I never write reviews but this one was worth writing.

Horrible over the phone customer service. Long awaits and then you get disconnected/ hung up on. This is constantly occurring. Oh yea 3 hours to have a prescription filled is ridiculous.

I scheduled a flu shot for 6 PM on 12/20/22. I was told to arrive 15 minutes before and filled out the paperwork online before I left home. I got there at 5:45, told the pharmacy I was there and was told to take a seat and wait. About 10 minutes later, a clerk had me fill out the same paperwork I completed online. I completed that paperwork and waited... and waited until 6:25 when I left because no one had bothered to tell me what was going on. I don't know on what planet that is acceptable, but it's not Earth. Unacceptable!

Worst pharmacy on Staten Island. Not enough staff. There's ALWAYS a problem. My medication was not in stock, so I wanted it transferred to Express Scripts. After calling express scripts, they said to have Walgreens call them. When I called Walgreens, they basically accused me of lying, saying that it is not the protocol. What would be my motivation in lying?? So unprofessional and nasty.

Awful. I said good morning to the manager and she wouldn’t even acknowledge me, I walked right out….there is a CVS one block over, give them your business.
