Every single time there is a 15-20 min wait to drop off a box or any other photobooth service . After a second overhead request she finally made her way over. With attitude enquired what I need. Once established that all i need is a labeled Fed ex box drop off, which takes a second to scan, she proceeded to serve another client who were doing an international money transfer. She made sure to take her time while i was waiting. Then called another associate. No one came so she finally scanned my shipping. Its a slim female in her 30s, with long brunette hair. Missing logical thinking, tons of attitude and flipped over name tag. Please bring normal customer service to this location. Its terrible.they all move like a fruit flies or just chilling behind refrigerators.

Been waiting 40 minutes to give the medicine after he confirmed all the info with the pharmacy,, he let me waiting because I asked him if he can give me the medicine as soon as possible because my daughter in car …. So awful… not recommended to get the medicine from here ……

This walgreens is horrible!!! There’s never anyone working and the people who are there don’t want to help you! Don’t bother doing the curbside pickup, you’ll be waiting so long that you might as well have went in and bought it yourself. And don’t even get me started on the pharmacy. Go anywhere else!!!!

This location has to be one of the worse in Staten Island. I been sitting here in the drive thru for 20 minutes without anyone coming to at least let us know they're busy and they will be right with us. Every single time I have my medication sent here there is always a problem. They also never pick up the phone. Last time coming here.

This place is a lost cause. Their pharmacy is the slowest in the country, no matter what time of day or night you go there. Their regular check out service is terrible too. Very un friendly and un knowledgeable

This is by far the worst place I have ever encountered in terms of customer service. The staff was rude and unprofessional, ignoring me for 25 minutes while having personal conversations with each other. I won't be returning, as the experience was extremely unpleasant.

I have never once been able to pick up a prescription without a problem. I have been told on several instances over the phone that a prescription would be ready later in the day, only to be informed upon arrival that Walgreens would need to “order” my prescription or that it required further verification — thus wasting a tremendous amount of my time. So I guess it is on me if I continue doing business with this haphazard operation. Good grief.

AVOID this one, the reviews are not cap
this pharmacist, Linda, will make up every single excuse in the book to not fill your prescription - I waited a week for a prescription to be filled, as it was "not in stock." Everytime you call and speak to Linda, she will say a new excuse ("issue w/ insurance", "your address is too far") to not fill your prescription.

This location DOESN’T even deserve a single star! It takes at least 4 hours for a script to get filled. There’s ALWAY a long line whether at the drive through or in store pick up! It’s at least 25 mins or longer of a wait! I don’t even want to waste any energy giving an opinion about the staffs. You’ll develop high blood pressure dealing with this pharmacy!
