every month I have a big problem with this pharmacy to take my medicine, when I don't get a text message and they are always confused, they don't know what is happening to them, today they tell me that I took the medicine, which is a lie, today I have been on the phone since morning and I can't to make sense.

At 2 o'clock in the morning on December 2nd The old white women at work had a very bad attitude towards the door dash delivery staff. I wanted to help the customers buy things. I couldn't find the things. She happened to be organizing things. I asked her where the things were. Her attitude was... Bad. I needed to ring the bell after I found something. But I didn’t dare to ask her. I didn’t know if she was responsible for opening the key. So I rang the bell. She asked me very loudly why I pressed the bell when I knew she was nearby. Ling. I was frightened. I said I didn’t know you were responsible for opening the key. I didn’t know why she treated me like this. Maybe I was Chinese or she was racist. I thought if I were white, she might not be so vicious. I originally didn’t want to comment here. I hope other drivers will not encounter the same thing. We also hope that the software will make it easier for us to find items in the future. Don’t disturb the staff.

This has got to be the worst place to get a vaccine, they made me wait over an hour when I had an appointment, then the girl by the pharmacy counter told me my son's insurance was inactive when it wasn't because I called my insurance after and they said it wasn't. Then the pharmacist didn't even know how to properly administer the shot in both my son's arms she made both my kids drip excessive amount of blood. I would never in my life go to this place they suck and even though you make an appointment online you will wait over an hour. So unprofessional they completely wasted my time. The pharmacist needs to be retrained to give shots she was horrible. Stay away from this place.

Pharmacy takes about a week to process a prescription, and if you have multiple prescriptions they might give you the wrong one! GO ELSEWHERE! 0 stars if I could

What a disaster 2 hours I waited on phone cut off many time then started hanging up on me. I had a simple question on a stock item with one caller ahead of me. Called 11 times. Next step called corporate to file complaint on both floor manager and pharmacy manager. What a joke and disaster after having open heart surgery. Be careful their lack of concern may end up killing you. Too boot I’m a recently diagnosed cancer patient, wait till my oncology team cardiologist and vascular surgeon and wound care hears this story from the depths of Richmond ave Walgreens. They really can kill you if your stuck and can’t drive to get what’s needed per instructed by your medical team.Beware, and with exposed bone and tendons on feet. They hung up on me 13 times. Let’s see what corporate does, number is easy to find in google. Good luck to all you in need.

Pharmacy has many products ,such as grocery, make-up health products, and lots more . The only downside is that what is on the shelf is all they have mostly never have any products to refill shelves. If it's not on the shelf, it means you out of luck there’s none. And I've been told this many times. But store is kept clean and in order. Sometimes long wait for meds at Pharmacy

Currently waiting at the pharmacy drive thru window for 20min now. And been on line waiting for the car in front of me for 20min as well. Ring the bell and was told 1min, 20min ago. Just edited this post 1 hr and still waiting. At least someone came to the window and asked for my infor 15min ago. They are proubably laughing at me back there for waiting this long.

This store has a continual problem. The drive through window will allow a customer to wait at the window for more than 25 minutes while more than a few cars wait. This has happened to me personally at least ten times. Inside is no better. The line often moves very slowly. It is obvious that the store is mismanaged or Walgreens Corporate offices do not support customer service. Try reach them on the phone, and you will become extremely frustrated by the wait times. Overall, this Walgreen is abusing their customers. One positive thing though, when you finally talk someone at the store behind the window or pharmacy counter, they are courteous and nice. Please fix this problem!

I prefer going to other Walgreens stores over this one. Each time I go here, I'm usually waiting for an employee (I suspect they are understaffed, but you should at least have one employee at the cashier the whole time.) Also, seems like the items I seek are out of stock there often. Not a terrible place, but expect to wait and expect disappointment if they do not have the item in stock.

Been shopping here for many years with family and friends. It's always great going here. Nice selection and neat and clean store. Staff is always helpful and patient. Very comfortable here and find what I'm looking for more often than not. Will keep going there for all my needs.

Worst place to shop here.. waited for 20 minutes for someone to get something for me Noone ever come. And guess what they are doing chatting in front of the register . Now I see why Noone shop here.

Pharmacy staff: Rude borderline arrogant. Unfriendly and uncompassionate. God forbid it was their mother, father or child that was sick. They probably wouldn't care either. That's how.horrible the experience was. I work as a CSR for utilities and the calls I receive are never once to have a customer say how happy they are, but I would NEVER treat someone like they were beneath me or worse in the medical industry, make a person feel more sick than they already are. My 7 year old flu stricken son even said, "mommy, he wasn't very nice, can we go somewhere else?" Shame on the staff. We all have rough days, but remember, you chose this job and work with the public. From what I read with these reviews, they just don't like their job. Don't take it out on us.

was on hold to talk to the pharmacy for 50minutes was than hung up on. Called back and was on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes and no one picked up!
