I’ll come back again since this is closest Walgreens to schools but whatever. I went inside this Walgreens for the first time to get some self care products today and none of the workers seemed to care that I needed help. So many retail stores employees including Walgreens is useless. Just like CVS. The employees at this Walgreens is useless and don’t seem friendly. One of the worst service you can get. 1 star from me 😒people are the worst
And some workers and people don’t even know where some items are. How unprofessional

I sit here on a Sunday night at 10:15 in
this Walgreens parking lot in the hopes of saving you from making the same mistake - they do not close at 12 on a sunday. They close as early as at least 10. All online info is not right. Update your business hours walgreens. Extremely unprofessional.

I’ve noticed that this Walgreens location consistently closes 15 minutes earlier than the listed closing time of 11:00 PM. On multiple occasions, I’ve arrived at 10:45 PM, only to find the doors already locked. If the store regularly closes at 10:45, they should update their hours on Google so customers don’t waste time traveling back and forth.
It’s frustrating for customers who rely on the posted hours, especially for last-minute needs. Walgreens should also look into why employees are closing early instead of following the advertised schedule. Businesses should be transparent about their hours to avoid inconveniencing their customers.
I hope management addresses this issue.

I always come here meds and cleaning supplies. Usually cashiers say good morning/afternoon or how are you today. She was facing her co worker while scanning my items and just keeps talking to him. I was about to pay- waiting for her go signal to tap my card but she kept talking. Few minutes later she mentions I have a coupon. She should be more attentive to the customers instead in chatting.

Ordered 11x14’s a day ago. Arrive this morning at 8:40 and they are not ready. Nobody can print them and I get greeted by a very nasty women with short gray hair. I needed these for an event today . More aggravated with the way that I was treated. I give this Walgreens a lot of business and they just lost a customer!

Worst customer service of my life if you want anything done and need a workers help don’t bother because they are useless i dropped my disposable camera off there 2 weeks ago and have called 3 times prior to coming asking the workers if my PHOTOS are ready each time was told yes and drove out of my way to come pick up my photos for them to hang me my camera back? The worker then tells me there’s a barcode on the package that they send the camera in which is significantly different then a sleeve of photos meanwhile the workers loook for photos behind the register in an entirely different spot. Also not to mention the workers have no care about a single customer i have stood at the counter while the workers are behind the desks on their phones for 15 minutes straight. Literally never going back to this Walgreens again. Get new workers

This place store hours change but on Sunday it closed at 12am so I would assume if I show up at 11:35 it would still be open but doors were locked and I see a worker in there through the mirror just standing until it’s time to leave I hope they get a talking to about leaving the door open till closing time

I have been a customer of Walgreens at 758 Arthur Kill Road for several years after switching from CVS due to insurance requirements. I never had an issue with CVS. We've had issues with Walgreen since we started use them for our pharmaceutical needs. I have spoken to the pharmacy managers, pharmacists and corporate headquarters but the issues continue. They had a system in place that if their phone was busy and a message was left it somehow was transferred to their corporate message system located in Florida. Many times, one of my physicians has left a prescription on the answering machine. However, when I called after not hearing anything from Walgreens a day or two later, I was told they did not receive it. I was told by the pharmacist and manager each time that the doctor's office did not call it in, they lie, etc. etc. Initially I thought that might be the case. I called my doctors back and was reassured it was in fact called in. One doctor in particular is very organized and detailed and provided the time he called. Again, this happened several times and I was finally told by a manager that they sometimes forget to check the service from Florida or calls get missed. It started getting better, so I remained a customer. On March 29 my physician told me as I was leaving her office that she would be calling my prescription into Walgreens. She made it a point to say they sometimes tell her patients that they never received the call from her. She instructed me to tell them to check their voice mail as that is the problem. Sure enough, I called inquiring about the status of my prescription after nor getting a notice it was ready and was told they never received the call. I asked them to listen to their voice mail but was told they didn't have the message. I called my doctor to confirm it was called in and it was. I called Walgreens back and spoke to Lisa, the pharmacy manager on March 30 and was told they didn't have my prescription, they didn't have a voice mail, etc. I explained this has happened several times, my physicians are aware of this problem, etc. She was not at all helpful. She told me to tell them to call again. How many times can a busy office call for the same prescription for possible many patients due to Walgreens failed system or incompetence? Fortunately, I am very competent and astute and realize I when I don't receive a call from Walgreens that my prescription is ready. I wonder how many elderly people don't get their prescriptions because they don't get a call from Walgreens informing them it's ready and they forget about it. It is very irresponsible and bordering on dangerous. They may be setting themselves up for a lawsuit. I will not be using them in the future and my doctors are suggesting to their patients not to use them as well.

I am leaving 1 Star so I can leave a review. Totally disgusted with customer service. Been having difficulty obtaining approval from doctors office. I have been taking this med for some time. Its most likely someone in doctors office not doing their job. Anyway I asked for 5 pills to tide me over. A 90 day supply is usually $30. The pharmacy said they would sell me 5 pills for $50. I told him I've been using Walgreens for some years and if this is the way I'm going to be treated I'll take my business elsewhere. His response was "you can go f__k yourself".
